Dunkin'

I drive much farther to go to this particular location. Fresh and tasty food. Hot coffee and polite, friendly service.
I have a different location very close (2 minutes away) but my experience there is night and day with the freshly made food. I rather drive much further to grab breakfast here. That says it all.

Service was great. Food and coffee was very hot and good.

The staff was friendly and the store was nice and clean. You order everything at a kiosk.

First time there. Walking in. Only guest there. Very clean. Ordered breakfast sandwich with egg, cheese and turkey sausage on croissant. Awesome! Also tried the new brown sugar cold brew. Very good on a hot day! Service was excellent and speedy. Again I was the only one there but nonetheless. All around great experience. I will be back!

Bacon is limp as heck some days, coffee is good tho.

Small footprint-Big and on customer service. The staff is friendly and the establishment is clean! Easy to get in and out via State Street!

I love their app! The sugarplum coffee shots were a unique and delicious addition to my usual iced coffee with cream. My daughter really enjoys their frozen hot chocolate with whipped cream. I usually order their scrumptious sour dough sandwich (2 eggs, bacon and Swiss cheese on, obviously, sour dough bread) but not today. Today we purchased the medium iced coffee and received the large frozen hot chocolate for free (because of points earned on the app... Seriously, get the app, the points can rack up easily).

So this afternoon I experienced some exceptional customer service, the likes of which I haven't seen in some time.

What started out as a complete fail, was immediately identified by what I presume was the store manager, and swift action taken to correct the situation.

I stopped this afternoon to buy a dozen donuts to take to work in the morning (I leave at 4:00am, so they are not opened yet, otherwise I would prefer to get them on my way to work). As I walked in a customer was walking away from the counter, the young lady behind the counter stated "I'll be right with you" and stepped away from the counter. I stood there for what felt like at least three to four minutes, while I observed several people moving about behind the counter. At first I was ok with the wait, because I was surveying the options, but after standing there for two to three minutes waiting knowing what I wanted, I got annoyed with the situation and walked out the door, got into my car, and started the engine. The manager came running out of the door and stated "I saw exactly what happened to you in there and I would really like you to come back inside, I will pay for your meal". I hesitated for a moment, and the manager stated, "please let me make this right". I shut off the engine and got back out of the car and as I was walking in with the manager I stated "I don't know if you really want to buy my meal, I was planning to get a dozen donuts". He stated, "that is no problem, I'm just glad you agreed to come back, I have a new employee working today and she is still learning".

Once inside the store the manager got someone to immediately take my order, and oversaw the exchange to ensure I was satisfied when I walked back out the door. He even threw in a cup of coffee at no charge as well.

So, Kudos to this manager for taking the time to care about how his guests are being served, and immediately taking action to improve my perception of this location.

My favorites are the coffee roll and glazed Munchkins!

Super sweet cashier that helped us! I went with my kids and she included them when talking to us. Very nice and made the visit with the drive. The strawberry donuts are my fave, and one of the kids said their double chocolate was very good. Great experience all around!

Great coffee. I love their macha drinks as well. The breakfast wraps and bagels are very delicious. They assemble the items well, not just thrown together. The staff are friendly and very good about wearing their masks during this time.

Last week ran in to order and take out, order messed up girls behind counter were more interested in the cute guy in drive through then customers standing waiting for orders.. tried it this morning with the mobile app.. again order messed up at 745am they did not have any of breakfast bowls, got order finally and when we got back to car they forgot half the order. Need someone to organize the workers to streamline .. frustrated

The one on North 2nd Street in machesney Park IL has the best service. The coffee is the best

This Dunkin’ Team in Rockford is great. They were very busy yet they provided quick, accurate and friendly service. This has become my most favorite Illinois Dunkin’. I recommend seeing for yourself!

My husband and I only come to this location to see Megan, the Batista in the morning, she is so nice and has a great attitude, and provides the best customer service. She makes our coffees perfectly every time.
