The Kitchen and Bath Store is phenomenal! We redesigned a 70 year old home original kitchen into a modern masterpiece. From designers to installers, and construction crew, it was a well coordinated project

We ordered 2 ceiling fans and 2 pendant lights from Benson. Tamara in the lighting department was excellent to work with! Very engaging and professional! Imagine our surprise when we returned to Benson to pick out stone for our new fireplaces and she helped us in that department as well! Stone was installed a few days ago and looks awesome! Can't say enough great things about Tamara and Benson!

We chose Benson Stone Co for our kitchen and bathroom remodel. Kayla was the store design professional who worked with us and coordinated our projects. She was a joy to work with and we are very pleased with her designs and ideas. In fact, everyone we worked with through the process was great to work with, any concern we had with anything was quickly addressed.

I’d been waiting a long time to have my kitchen remodeled. I had an idea of what I wanted, so got estimates from a couple places. I chose Benson Stone because Kayla was so helpful and Benson Stone had everything I needed. With a limited budget, Kayla listened to what I was looking for, sourced beautiful cabinets, made adjustments to the plans and helped me get the kitchen I’d waited so long for. Even though the kitchen footprint didn’t change, with new cabinets I have more storage. I got the tile backsplash I wanted, a beautiful granite countertop, and a large single sink. Thanks again Kayla!!

Benson is our go-to place for remodels. I love how they offer all the materials in one place. I can choose my cabinets, countertops, tile, hardware and lighting. Lay it out together and see how they coordinate. Would not have the stunning kitchen or kids bathroom we do without the designing expertise of Jessica and yet the rooms are still “us”. She’s absolutely brilliant and it doesn’t cost extra for her services. She was very careful to stay within our budget and responsive when issues came up. She’s just a phone call away. Benson offers materials at every price point and in some cases their prices were cheaper than big box stores.

I just wanted to take a moment to thank our Kitchen and Bath Designer, Erin Knabe. To say "thank you " really doesn't encompass our feelings for what she has done to help us make our dream home come true. On the day we sold our home we were a little lost as to do as we would be moving into a rental while our new house was to be built. My husband suggested we stop into Bensons...just to look at fireplaces. Well, we decided to wander onto the other floors and that's when the reality of building and designing a new home hit me...I was overwhelmed. We were introduced to Erin and I immediately knew we would be in great hands. Erin is everything one could hope for in a designer. We felt an immediate connection and that she "understood" how lost we were! Erin, through the whole process, was ...well I guess I would call her our "guiding light". She could pull out of all of my ideas (good and bad!) what would work and present options that made perfect sense, from colors, textures, themes, design, and budget. And when we would meet for sessions to go over everything from flooring, cabinets, countertops, shower and bath tiles, and more and I would start to glaze over, she kept us on track and motivated always moving forward in her calm, supportive style! Erin also helped us connect with staff in other departments for lighting, furniture and absolutely everything our new home would need. She was our rock! I know this has been lengthy review but when you walk into a store and think you might get a fireplace and a year later you walk into your dream home all because you met the perfect designer - well I just had to tell everyone about her!

We worked with Kayla Hauch when we had our two upstairs bathrooms gutted and remodeled. She helped us pick out tile, flooring, shower doors, cabinets, lighting, directed us in choosing the bathtub, plumbing and fixtures, mirrors, etc. In the master bathroom, the bathroom door and the closet door always seemed to be in the way of each other. We had a pocket door put in and Kayla suggested removing the closet and putting in a beautiful cabinet. Both bathrooms were gutted and redone almost at the same time and only took five weeks total for both of them to be completed. Kayla was thorough, professional and great to work with. Both bathrooms turned out beautifully and we absolutely love them.

We have lived in our home for 28 years and I hated my kitchen from day 1. We were finally able to remodel and after many frustrating trips to the box stores, we came to Benson Stone. A family friend had had work done by them in her kitchen and we loved it so we had high hopes when we walked in and met Jessica Hughes. We explained that our home was over 120 years old and was a real challenge. Nothing is square or level and we insisted on keeping to the character of the original kitchen. Especially dear to my heart was the copper tile backsplash, which we believe was placed in 1957 (the last kitchen renovation). The house has seen alot of life in the last 120 years and we wanted to keep that character. Jessica understood us and worked with us to make a one of a kind kitchen which reflects our home's history and us. We love it. We also were very happy to discover that it was not the budget buster that we thought it would be and compared quite favorably to the quotes we got from the big box stores. We purchased everything in November of 2020 and our cabinets were in store by January. (With COVID, we were braced for multiple delays.) We did all the demolition, drywall, etc. ourselves and were ready to have the cabinets installed by March. Many thanks to Superior Cabinets (Kevin, you were a champion because that installation was not easy). Countertops and tile work were perfect. Thank you so much for making this once in a lifetime event an adventure and fun especially during a Pandemic.

Erin Knabe & her Benson team were incredibly professional & affordable.
She took a look at our 3 bedroom ranch with a tiny kitchen & no dining room and saw something. She gave us a kitchen of our dreams (granite Island, new cabinets, all new flooring, new deep sink)... took out a wall to the bedroom & found A dining room to easily seat 8... aaannnd opened up our floor plan to fit our actual family! ALL WITHIN BUDGET AND ON TIME!!
Previous estimates were given by other companies but without any vision or hope. I'm eternally thankful to Erin and her team for giving/finding/creating space in our existing house to make it a home for years to come!

Jessica was our designer again, this time for our basement remodel project & she was amazing! Jessica understands what we like and don’t like and totally gets our vibe! She is the best and we can’t wait to use her again for our upcoming kitchen remodel!

Counter top was put in, looks amazing. It was ordered and put in in a professional and timely mannner.

They were hired to install a walk in shower. I was very disappointed in the lack of communication with me and also the the plumber and installer. I contacted River on Feb. 10th and my shower is still not completed. I was told that the shower doors would be extra and that they would run about $1000.00. Now I'm told they will be $2000.00. Not very happy.
