The managers of this place are fantastic! The lake/pond area is beautiful and great for fishing and letting my dogs run and play.

Residents own their own mobile homes and campers there. Really nice and quiet park like setting, beautiful actually with a lake and not far from town! Perfect!!!

Quiet pretty safe place to live. The infrastructure (sewer and water lines) need a lot of work. The roads are in really bad shape. The new manager seems nice and helpful.

The manager is not to friendly from what I have been told by folks that live there. That helped me make the decision to not live there. The first is an old post, I find they are much better now and it's truly appreciated. Had an issue but he sincerely reached out. One of the nicer parks I rolled recommend

Not as good it used to be, many empty lots and roadways are crumbling. Many lots have campers on them.
