AT&T Store

Tristan was amazing. He immediately found where a different store had put extra lines on our account as fraud and went back and fixed everything that had been messed up on our account over the last month. His customer service skills were out of this world. Thanks Tristan, for helping us out so much!

They fed me pulled pork while they did their thing, greatest pork butt I've had in years, it jiggled so much and just fell apart, 10/10, would go again

I went into the AT&T store today and had a problem with the prepaid phone they were so gracious and kind and they helped me with all my problems and they didn't have to I am extremely grateful thank you AT&T

If you visit this location, do yourself a favor and specifically ask for Morgan! She is friendly and most importantly she is very knowledgeable in every aspect!

I went to the carbondale at&t store. I spoke withTristan, who was very helpful. He added a line to my plan within minutes. He was very professional and one of the best representatives that I have spoken with since I have become an at&t customer like 4 years ago. Thanks for your help.

Really good store, appreciate the team. They are very knowledgeable about the wireless plans and best service/coverage than other carriers around the area. They offer a good amount of discounts for the best deals, you'll get a great sales consultant here.

Triston greeted us as we walked through the door and remembered me from a previous visit! He was very attentive to our needs and helped us get the right phone for my Husband and also helped set it up without any problems! Very knowledgeable out his job and the AT&T policies and discounts. He also pointed out to us ways we can improve our service and how we could save money. Very impressive! I will always work with Triston for our cell phone and Internet needs! Great job Triston!

Adrianna is amazing! Came in needing help with my phone and she went out of her way, sat on the phone with customer service until everything was fixed! My phone is now working 100 percent better

So we did all the things, got new phone upgrades, new watches. Nathan helped us right. This man deserves a raise, promotion, the whole shebang. He helped us with great deals and activating everything. He was friendly and ready to help us when we walked through the door. 1000% recommended him for future needs if you need help with anything!

I went in to just browse, the sales rep told me about some of the deals going on and I left with a new phone. I was ecstatic as it had been sometime since I upgraded. The representative Desiree was very helpful and had great customer service.

Nathan was very helpful. He asked questions to gain understanding of what we needed and offered the best options for us. He also made sure to go over with us what a typical bill would look like with our changes by writing it down so we could see it for ourselves.

Easily walked in and paid on my bill and walked out. No wait.

Store was clean, we were greeted promptly even though every associate was with customers. Then we got paired up with Patrick, whom I recommend 12/10. He was kind, honest, helpful, and knew what he was doing. Haven't been that impressed with customer service in a very long time. We walked away extremely happy. Will be back.

Special shout out to Nathan, I appreciate everything he has done to welcome me and my family to AT&T from Verizon. The information and the experience with and his co workers was unforgettable, from the moment I walked in to the epic time I walked out. To all existing Verizon customer(s) make the switch you'll be glad you did in the long run. $$$$$

Super long review....Had to go into a few times because we have a weird business account..... Not the employees fault. Everyone was super helpful. Griffin and Nathan was quick and knew what they were doing, super nice with a sense of humor and they are great at what they do. I watched both of these men go above and beyond to help me and other customers as well. Morgan the manager was called over a few times to help out (because our account is set up differently.... A tax exempt commercial/not for profit account). She was nice and knowledgeable as well and knew exactly how to fix it.
I have to mention this because it was compassionate customer service at it's best! While I was there I observed Griffin helping an AT&T customer that came into the store from Walmart because they was giving the young man a hard time about buying an AT&T phone out right. He only had enough money for the Walmart phone but they wouldn't sell it to him. Griffin and Morgan both contacted the store on separate occasions, on the young man's behalf. They didn't have too. They could have told him they were sorry and sent him out the door on his own to figure it out. However, they didn't. I noticed everything they did to help this young man. They young man was finally able get the AT&T from Walmart but only because of Griffin and Morgan. I'm sure the young man was grateful for their help. However, it impacted me more to see the compassion these two had to help someone in need.
It was a pleasent experience, much different than a previous experience I had 2 years ago. These employees are a VITAL ASSET to AT&T's customer service and help to build lasting relationship. Thank you Griffin and Morgan for the compassion and the willingness you have to help others in need! Thank you Nathan and again Morgan for your excellent service!

Such a great experience and every need I had was met today by Shiveze, he is a wonderful representative for AT&T and makes sure you get what you want. Today I went in the Carbondale store wanting to disconnect my old watch and to get a new one. I sat over the phone with customer service days before going in today and could not get it figured out. Nathan at the Carbondale store not only helped me get everything sorted out but also hooked me up with an amazing deal on my IPhone. I was able to get a new Apple Watch & $700 off of my new phone…( and it matches my watch)😍. I also got the cutest phone case today, which I also got a deal on. He helped me pick a phone and watch that suited my needs as a mom who likes to take a bunch of photos of her kid. My service today was the best I’ve gotten from any of the local stores. I highly recommend going to this store and ask for Nathan & if you can’t find him ask for Griffin they are the best!!

I have been a professional medium for over 12 years. I am VERY sensitive to the energy around me. The store was clean and the energy was perfect. 10/10 experience!
