Refuses to remove penalties from account regardless of the excuse. Cares more about making money off of late payments than they do about their own community. Gross. She said "well if we waived it for you, we would have to waive it for everyone", like yes, that is what you SHOULD do. Taylorville is a SMALL TOWN not a big city; I was taught growing up here that the community cares more about its citizens than anything else, and I definitely didn't feel that community care at all dealing with Taylorville Water Collection. Water is a human necessity, and the fact that we hold this over our own community member's heads is a real shame. Do better.

Probably the worst city ran business or business in general I've ever dealt with. Just horribly ran and the payment online is the worst in history. Boo on you and the people behind the water payment and water billing dept.
