Highly recommend! Everyone in office is very friendly and accommodating. Dentists are very knowledgeable and thorough. My last dentist wanted me to make 8 appointments to do fillings and the work I needed at time. I went to Central Illinois Smiles and they worked with me, only needed 3 appointments and saved ton of money. They also have a therapy DOG! Bob is amazing and will be next to you if u need comfort. Best therapy dog I've ever met ❤ 🦮❤

This office has the best, friendliest & kind ladies up front and in the back assisting the doctors. I’ve been here twice now & today was my first time having extensive work done which I needed local anesthetic done, it didn’t hurt one bit and the whole hour & half I was there I was kept comfortable & assured i was doing a great job. Dr Lewis is the best & did a fantastic job with helping my teeth! Amy, the assistant was so kind & knowledgeable, helped explain everything that was going to happen, how, why & what was even going to be used during my cavity fillings. Highly recommend this dental office! So warm and welcoming! I’m very happy with my choosing of them! 😁

Everyone is very professional and friendly. The office is clean and new. I'm a hygienist myself (not at that office though) so I'm always watchful of how well instruments and rooms are kept clean...they do a fantastic job. I love April at the front desk, she's always on top of everything is so sweet. Amy, one of the assistants, is the most upbeat person I've ever met; she's super energetic and friendly. You can't go wrong at this office. As a dental professional myself, I highly recommend them.

Friendly faces, great staff and eager to please. I would highly recommend Dr. Haarman and his staff. I have had extensive dental work done with little to no discomfort. He is very professional and polite. Kim did an excellent job assisting at my last appointment. Really like the texting program that reminds me of my appointment and also reminds to take my antibiotic before my appointment....

I am so happy I chose CIS over all of the others. The hygienists that work here are fantastic! Barb, Amy, and Kim all helped with my procedure and they were very kind and friendly. Dr. Haarman was excellent also. I had an extraction done and it didn't hurt one bit. Not even the shots! The newly remodeled building is beautiful with up-to-date equipment. Don't be afraid to go to this dentist!

I love this office. I have dealt with anxiety for years, especially dental anxiety. Everyone here has been so kind and makes me feel at ease. Dr. Haarman always explains procedures and helps make a plan of action.
April who does reception is wonderful to work with to get appointments set up or rescheduled.
Amy and Barb are amazing hygienists. They are both friendly, funny, kind and compassionate.

If you’re looking for a great dentist in Taylorville, I would highly recommend Dr. Haarmon at Central Illinois Smiles! He is passionate about his practice, has a very careful and steady hand and always tries to make you as comfortable as possible. He has a very caring staff as well. April, the office manager is very friendly and helpful, Barb does a meticulous job cleaning my teeth and Amy is a very calming and helpful dental assistant. Their newly remodeled office is beautiful and incorporates all the latest dental technologies. I give them 5 stars!

Wonderful staff who are always professional and personable. Both Drs. Lewis and Haarman are very knowledgeable and have taken great care of me during procedures. I recently had a root canal, and dental assistant Kim explained the procedure before it began which was very helpful. Shout out to Barb for her special skills in taking care of my cleanings for years!! Thanks to office manager April for the reminder calls and texts which I appreciate. We love Central Illinois Smiles! The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. You truly feel like a friend or family member when you are there. They remember little details of your past conversations which makes you feel like their only patient. This says a lot, especially if you only need to go for twice yearly cleanings! The facilities are really nice and very clean. They except all insurance, which is a huge plus with the ever-changing insurance plans. My 4-year old needed to be seen by a dentist ASAP after an accident that involved his front teeth. Even though no one in the family had been to the office before, Central Illinois Smiles got him in right away. Since then, I have switched provider to them, and we got my 6-year old started there too. Amy W. is awesome with the kids. I really like Lisa too. The new renovations are even more inviting than how the office was previously. I highly recommend this office for your dental care

Went for a consult on a future procedure which just did not feel right. I am glad I did and received exceptional current and future plans given my situation. The staff was professional and friendly. The dentist, Dr. Harmond is a very good communicator and gives excellent current and future advice.

I love all the staff members being so friendly. April always knows who I am, and Lisa had only met me today but was still so nice! I love this dentist office. Also love both Dr Haarman and Dr Lewis!

Dr.Haarman and his assistant Amy Whitlow have done a super job explaining the procedure and all the work on my tooth looks great! I feel they are doing a great job with the tooth, temporary crown and in three weeks a new crown! Thanks for making me feel at ease!

The dentists, the hygienists , and the office staff are always so friendly, helpful and prompt with service. I would definitely recommend this dental office! After my car accident, the dentists and the staff really went over and beyond to accommodate my daughter and me and ensured that we received prompt care.

First time going to this facility and it was very pleasant. The staff was extremely nice, the office was modern and clean. Lisa was very explanatory about all the procedures she was doing and going to do during my visit. Answered all of my questions and concerns. Met with the dentist and he was very polite as well as the rest of the staff. I will be going back more frequent!

I have had a great experience with my hygienist Lisa. Dr .haarman was nice and was very thorough with my exam. Even to check for sleep apnea signs. My wife Amy is an assistant here and she will take amazing care of you just like you are part of our family too.
