Wright’s Furniture Store is a really nice establishment to buy your furniture from, a great selection to choose from in a clean and friendly environment. When my husband and I first arrived there we were greeted by a lady named Diana Hunt, she was very welcoming and was helpful in any way to us that she could possibly be without any sales pressure whatsoever. We ended up purchasing two recliners at a really great price and thanks to Diana we enjoyed our shopping experience very much. Later, as we were checking out our merchandise we engaged in some great conversation with other members of staff, such a wonderful place, we will gladly return there for all of our furniture needs. We came into the store to look at dining tables & chairs. Jake asked us if he could answer any questions. He was very thorough in his knowledge of the different kinds. We said we would think about it and go home and measure. Then we went back to the store but had decided to go a completely different direction. We were looking at living room furniture. Once again Jake was so informative and patient with us. He truly knows his products and does not push whatsoever. We felt very comfortable with his assistance and help in deciding on a grouping. Highly recommend him to everyone that comes to Wright’s in Taylorville.

Great, low pressure shopping experience! Very nice showroom with quality products. Diana and Sandy were very helpful as we decided on a new rocker recliner. We will definitely return when shopping for additional furniture in the future!

We bought our daughter a new bed frame for Christmas and didn’t realize she needed a box spring. I called Wrights Furniture up to price one and it was less than traveling out of town, so we went ahead and paid for it and they set up a delivery time for FREE! It was so nice to check that off of my list in one short phone call!!

Great sale that they have every year and nice selection. Delivery has always been within 1 week after ordering and the delivery guys are good too. Sandy Carter is a great sales person for sure.

Each visit to Wrights Furniture in Taylorville is a positive experience. I have always been warmly greeted and guided in the right direction. I have never felt pressured from any of the team there and I can see they genuinely care about helping the customer find just the right piece of furniture. My visit today was a reminder of how blessed we are to have this store in our community. My elderly father has never shopped for new furniture. As a farmer in his 80’s he was always accustomed to buying used furniture and even then, my mom usually handled that. With him moving to a downsized location as he retires, I brought him to Wrights to select several new pieces of furniture. He was nervous and uncertain but we were so fortunate to work with Dee Johnson. She flashed that big smile and warm welcome and immediately put my dad at ease. She asked just the right questions to properly identify the type of things he would need (smaller rooms, etc) and she directed us to the appropriate areas to find what would be a good fit- for the new place and for our budget. It was clear she was focused on helping my dad choose the best furniture and making it a pleasant experience for him. As we drove home he kept talking about how he could not believe how much furniture there was to choose from (how he has never seen anything like that!) and how much he enjoyed working with Dee as she was so kind. I highly recommend Wrights furniture and I will continue to recommend this gem to others who are looking for new furniture.

Sandy Carter was a great help to find a recliner I was looking to purchase.. She listened to my ideas on the type of chair, color, and fabric I wanted. After testing out the comfort of chairs and looking at many fabic swatches I was able to find a recliner and fabric that I wanted in my home. Thank you, Sandy for all your help! It is always a pleasure to shop Wrights!!

I’m am more than pleased with the the quality of the furniture and even more impressed with the service. Jake helped me today with a furniture return and a new purchase. He was beyond patient, knowledgeable and helpful while he helped me search for the perfect piece. I was worried I wouldn’t be able to return the piece I had previously purchased (it didn’t look great in my room) and not only could I return it but I was not charged a delivery fee for the new piece I exchanged it for. In addition to Jake, Tim also helped me on my previous visit and was equally as knowledgeable. What could have been stressful, since I had a return, was made simple. Wright’s Furniture in Taylorville has made a returning customer out of me.

We made a last minute decision to buy a new LazyBoy recliner. We called Wrights this morning and they had exactly what we were looking for in stock. We drove down there and it was the exact one. The woman on the phone plus our salesperson, Diana were wonderful help and full of information. Since we bought the one off of the floor we asked that it be wrapped for the drive home. We were expecting furniture shrink wrap but it was put into a box. This was our first time shopping at Wrights and definitely won’t be our last.

Wonderful experience at Wrights furniture in Taylorville. We purchased two new recliners and needed them quickly. Dee and the store Manager Joe delivered the very next day on a Saturday. My husband needs to sleep in a recliner due to recent surgery! We will definitely be back! Shout out to Dee and Joe.
