GuardBox Storage - Troy

I feel like this facility is very clean and safe. The property manager (don't remember her name) was extremely nice and helpful. I feel like the rates are fair and I've never used a storage facility that handed out goodie bags! Wouldn't hesitate to send anyone their way!

They were very nice, friendly people! I felt like I was doing business with family. I wish I could've stayed with them longer but definitely over time in my life, I'd come back to Guard box. It's so rare to find good people, especially to trust with my belongings and know they're safe for a good price! I highly recommend going through with Guard box for your storage!

I am so thankful for meeting these people in Troy. Jodi was so helpful at the end of my need of using the storage my lease was up on a Saturday I explained my situation and she told me she will give me till Monday morning. I was truly blessed to hear that. May the lord bless you always. Lydia.

We've had a storage unit here for the last 3 years and it has been great. Our things have been secure and easily accessible. The property manager is so so nice!!! I highly recommend these storage units!

They (Jodi & Richard) were so helpful and made my storage rental experience flawless. They were so helpful, knowledgeable, and very welcoming.

Recently changed units at Guardbox Storage in Troy, unfortunately I needed a bigger unit. However, swapping over was quick and painless. Guardbox staff even offered helpful tips, on protecting my belongings, better than I had been doing. No one likes to have to store their personal stuff, but with staff like the folks at the facility in Troy you can rest assured they will do everything they can to help you do it right!

She was great and pilot and she was a great sale person I would recommend her

But I wanted to make sure I said how much I appreciate you in Troy GuardBox Storage. I had my storage a few years. They have always been so kind, and helped with anything. If ever an issue they got right on it to fix the problem. I appreciate you all the way until the end! I will definitely use them again or recommend them to anyone!!

Had the pleasure to work with Jodi and Richard with Guardbox in Troy TX while renting a building. They are very knowledgeable and have great customer service. The facilities are well maintained and the rental process was very smooth. They also make sure you have what you need and even gave a little welcome kit.

I thank Guardbox Storage for the service they provide. The storages are clean and secure. I give them a top rating. They are friendly and really nice people. They go above by providing water in the summer when its hot and a cool place to cool off and visit with them while cooling off when working in your storage. Thank you for being such caring people.

The units are VERY clean and there is plenty of room in between the buildings for easy access! 10/10 recommend!

Super nice people! The lot is very well kept and they offer a lot! Free dumpster and only paying $100 a month (with insurance) for a 10x10. Gave us a month free as a “college discount” which was super great! Definitely recommend them, best service I’ve had at a storage unit by far.
