I worked on this 900mhz repeater for days trying to figure out what issue was with the Transmitter. I called Troy Radio, customer service said to ship up to them, and I had it back before the end of the week!! Excellent board level repair!! They have a full surface Mount rework stations cable of microprocessor replacement!! Couldn’t even tell they were in the radio!! Thanks you so much to the techs at Troy Radio. McAllen 900mhz All Star Repeater up on the air!!

It took a while to get my mod done but the final product was worth the wait.

My radio works again! Thank you so much. They did an amazing job. I was talking to the technician about the problems with my radio and he was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. A few officers were there and I thought it was really cool that they do a ton of work for public safety. I was told that they always take public safety first which is fine with me because I want my radio done by the best.

Sent my TRC-30A in for a ddsVFO. You know what hat they say good things come to those who wait. Well this is so true. If you want something done right send it to TRS. Good folks here. I’ll be sending all my radios to them.
