Brad and Ed did an excellent job of helping our Texas based company out of a jam in KC. I could not have asked for a better team that responded quickly on all fronts, was patient with me and cooperative when working with two other entities. Hats off to a great experience and wish that more companies had this type of customer service.

Really friendly but kind of hard to get to and get out of

Horrible service one forklift they had for 1 1/2 years and still didn't get it fixed the most recent they misdiagnosed 2 times and still not fixed never return phone calls and say that someone will be out and it ends up being 4 to 5 days we will not be using again and do not recommend to anyone

They have your equipment taken into shop to do work that was not written off on then overcharge you. At that point they will hold your equipment for ransom, or push you to buy equipment you dont need. Very mismanaged if you want a reasonably priced service call Bullseye Equipment & Logistics. They'll shoot you straight and their aim is to make the customers happy with their service.
