Kroger Pharmacy

The staff is so kind and personable. I’ve been coming to this pharmacy monthly for the last 5-7 months, and I’ve never had an issue. I drive an extra few minutes to this location because I continue to have such a great experience each time.

My husband and I have had great experiences with this pharmacy. Yes, they are very busy but they always have time to help you. Yesterday the pharmacist was very helpful in answering my husband’s question regarding lancets for his diabetes testing. We have both gotten our COVID booster shots, Shingles and flu shots by making easy reservations online. I also use the drive thru and have always had fast response. I give them 5 stars…the highest rating!👍

Posting a revision to a negative review I posted some time ago. Since that review I have been back many times because it’s a preferred pharmacy for my insurance plan, and it’s now always a great experience. Staff has been stable, I have come to know some of them personally, and it could not be better. Best pharmacy in Franklin now in my opinion.

This is a great pharmacy in the Cool Springs area. They always have friendly staff there and it must be pretty well stocked because I've always gotten fast service. It is also a very convenient location where you can shop for groceries while you're waiting for your prescription to be filled. I'll be back to this pharmacy location for sure.

This pharmacy is the only location that seems to know how to speak to customers and be kind.

I bought a gift card at this location for a baby shower, the recipient took to store to redeem-it was declined-took back to Kroger to the same cashier, who stated-the transaction did not go through- the transaction was on my bank statement. Bought another gift card- it was declined again!! The level of incompetence at this location is unbelievable! I have spent $150 FOR A $50 GIFT CARD!!!! The manager has been absolutely no help, I have every receipt and no one is capable of fixing this issue!! We spend and alot of money here- not anymore-if they have no math skills please consider your customer!

I use to love seeing Joey. He’s retired. The idiots that are the techs are rude and very ignorant. The new guy tries but the female techs and pharmacist are very dumb. I was asking today about my meds and they could not explain. They were lost. I’d hoped new folks would come but I’m done.

This is the worst pharmacy!! Stay away!!! Pharmacy techs are rude and ignore u. She finally comes over to the window and tells me my medication will be ready in an hour. I come back 3 hours later after making another trip there, only to be told it’s not ready and won’t be for another half hour, at the time they close!!! I said I guess I will wait cuz I’m not making a 3rd trip back over here today!! They don’t need to be telling people it will be ready in an hour and it’s not even ready in 3 hours later!! The techs have made several mistakes with my acct and meds in the past!!
I won’t be back!!!
