On this Cold Friday Night. Open until 8 o clock . On a Friday. I appreciate each and everyone of you. I Thank You . You are very much appreciated!!! Thank you for open late. I was a walk-in at this clinic & not only did I receive EXCELLENT customer service, I was seen very quickly. The P.A. treated me with respect and answered all questions & concerns. I highly recommend this facility.

I just had to go to the doctors urgent care in North Augusta for my ribs and come to find out I had pneumonia in both my lungs but I've got to say the staff was wonderful professional polite the doctor the same amount everybody with this attentive and I appreciate it I just want to give them a big thank you❤

Everyone from the receptionist to the nurse to the Dr. was extremely nice and very understanding. We were seen almost immediately, and I would recommend them to anyone.

I'm from out of town and needed to see a Doc and this was the closest place. Walked right in and besides a little paper work, basically walked right on back. Doctor was friendly and caring and down to earth. Very clean facility!!

Doctors care is a wonderful place to go for all your medical services. Small injuries, sickness, or just routine physical and wellness checks.
The staff is very friendly, courteous, compassionate, and willing to go the extra mile for a sometimes not so much a bad situation.
Laura Garnett does a great job in thoroughly meeting all the patients needs and following up with them. A caring provider doing a great job.
The additional staff (names may not be right) Shana, Dione, and Ms Edwards made my visit warm and welcome. They all knew their job extensively and had a great caring personality to them.
I encourage you to give them a try at the North Augusta Doctors Care, you will be happy with your visit.

The staff are very helpful and care givers are very nice and listen. I have a regular doctor but have to go here for flu, strep, covid testing, etc., things that need the results right away. The wait is usually not very long and I like that you can see how busy they are from their website. I would definitely recommend this place.

They took great care of my son and I. It was our first visit. Provider Laura and Nurse Shana have excellent customer service and experience. My son was dx with flu. Because I was warned abt possible side effect of tamiflu, I wasn’t alarmed when he had a hallucination. He recovered from flu sx within 24 hours. She also had no issues getting me an antibiotic sent for my sinus infection. Nurse Shana is an amazing nurse. It was late at night and I appreciate her for taking extra steps for him to get a dose of Tylenol to break his fever. She is great with children and patient. Thank you both. Good first visit. We will be back.

We had a great experience at Doctors Care. The staff was very friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. They even called a few days later to make sure my son was doing ok.

I loved my doc and the assistant. They were professional but not overly professional which can be intimidating. I was in and out quickly and if I ever need assistance again, this is were I will go

Staff was pleasant, and I didn’t have a long wait.
