Macy’s will allow you to order off the website and then they will cancel your order and hold the money for weeks. They are scamming and holding money for fraudulent transactions. DO NOT SHOP HERE. This is how they are staying afloat. They are banking your money by canceling orders.

I am sitting in Macy seating area and write this review. I got more than I expected today with the sales man in the photo. I picked up a man’s underwear pack but it is not my color. I talk this salesman the color I prefer, he told me he would help looking for it in the warehouse.

Finally he found what I was looking for! Thank you, this Gentleman for your best customer service I have ever had and thank Macy.

Mrs. Tina the manager had provided us with exceptional service, and Mrs. Tina went above and beyond for us to put our warranty on our wedding rings and had put the biggest smile on our face! We are initially was freaking out, because of delivery delay of receiving our rings! The manager at Macy’s in Jewelry Department is absolutely my hero Mrs. Tina and the management is awesome and thank you so very much for being professional and very knowledgeable and it start from management for having amazing employees working here including Ms. Stacy and Ms. Janice and Mrs. Tina you are fantastic and great asset to the company.

Macy's will always be a store than I love, but this time was a bit disappointed. Went to return a couple pairs of slippers. Got to the shoe department, the cashier was speaking to another lady, she smiled at me - continued on with her... conversation went on between them, and on, then she ran off to show her something else.... I waited, and waited... Another person asked if I was being helped, said I think so... she hollered out to the hiding cashier... Who walked back did my transaction - She wasn't as sweet and kind as I have experienced in the past with other departments. Maybe a bad day on her part... Not sure, but it cut my shopping down to nothing, due to the time element. Hope her days go better now.

When I was ready to check out in the ladies department today (April 8, 2023) at the Augusta Mall, Augusta, GA your sales associate, Sincere, welcomed me with a warm greeting and a beautifil smile. She was very kind. I noticed how she greeted the couple who came up right after me the same way ... acknowledging them right away and letting them know she would be with them in just a minute. It was just a good experience feeling like someone was happy to be doing her job. Sincere represented Macy's well.

I felt like a millionairess, as soon as I walked in the Manager greeted me asked if I needed help, which I did, showed me where to go stayed with me until Midori the Fine Jewelry Counter Associate was able to help me, and the customer care and conversation was Heavenly. This was the best experience at a store I've ever had in 57plus years. WOW

I had a good experience. I had a young man assist me downstairs with making some decisions on using my entire $100 gift card. He was helpful and mannerable, refreshing characteristics nowadays for anyone. Customer service IS alive and well at Macy's.

Shopping for a dress for my daughter's first school dance and we we're both pretty overwhelmed. Asked an associate named Sincere a couple questions. She could tell we were struggling and she took the reins and saved the day! Got the perfect dress with alot of other suggestions and tips. Great experience and the Sales associate Kimberly made me feel so special. She insisted on helping me and was literally my personal shopper while I visited the store. The store manager Jill was very personable and attentive as well. Thanks for an amazing experience. I will be back.
