I have been doing business with this location for over a year now, (as I purchase auctioned storage units) and she is always: Helpful, Anticipates Needs, Thoughtful, Professional & Business minded - yet kind and Considerate and truly an asset to this company. Hopefully she is recognized by management for her job performance that she does here day in and day out.

We arrived close to closing time on a Sunday to look at units before purchasing. Via phone the rep was helpful and directed us to a location that had what we asked for so we could view before committing. Upon arrival, the agent was prepared to help, let us view the unit, and suggested that, based on our needs, we could do with a smaller unit at a lower cost. She was right and saved us $$$. Very happy with location and security measures. Highly recommend!

My experience with Storage Sense was great from beginning to the end. The sign up process was simple and easy. I had my things in a climate controlled unit for six months, and when I moved out everything was still in perfect condition, including my pictures. In fact, when I relocated and knew I needed another storage unit at my new location, I tried to find another Storage Sense facility in my area. Unfortunately, there were none in my new area. I highly recommend Storage Sense on Wheeler Road in Augusta Georgia.

Everyone who works at Storage Sense was super helpful in getting us set up. The unit was easily accessible and well maintained.

It's a a good experience. Great location right off the interstate. Easily accessible with multiple ways to reach your storage room.

The process of renting was smooth. There was a mishap with the gate but was handled by Julie. The customer service was excellent and the ease of renting made it worthwhile.

For me it was how I was able to get the unit so fast when I was in need and they have all different sizes available and depending on the unit you get a discount right on the spot…..thanks storage sense you really helped me out when the storm hit and I’m not talking rain

Mrs. Julie was great. I had a rough couple of days getting in to acquire the unit that I was convinced I needed, but she helped me out with only a few minutes before time off for her weekend and saved me $$!! Most people would have already closed the doors. Thanks Ma'am

Prices are always fair and customer service is great
