Party City

Yesterday, my daughter and I paid a visit to this store in search of party supplies for her upcoming 14th birthday celebration. Fortunately, this store had a complete range of items required for the event. Not only were we able to buy everything necessary for the party, but we also came across some interesting Halloween decorations. The convenience of finding everything under one roof in this store makes it certain that I will return here for shopping in the near future.

I had a great experience with Party City this weekend! We had a family medical emergency that required our balloons be ready three hours earlier than planned. They made it happen and did it gladly. It's rare to see such great customer service these days. My granddaughter loved her balloons! Thank you so much!

Unfortunately I had an issue with 1 of my balloons today. I called the store and spoke to the manager on duty. Kaila was so empathetic and professional. She immediately apologized and offered me 3 different ways we can rectify the issue. I appreciate her due diligence in trying to resolve the issue immediately and providing excellent customer service. Thank you for making a hectic day better !

I ordered 700+ balloons through Party City earlier in the month. My previous party planner gave me a huge price so I decided to give this a shot… Not only did they manage to get the balloons done with just a few days notice but it was thousands cheaper than my party planner originally quoted me. The team kept communication with me throughout the process, delivered them on time for us and set them up in the house beautifully. Very satisfied with this service!

I loved how we were able to go in and find everything we needed for our celebration. I loved the selection of items to choose from. They were all a big hit at the party. I would definitely be going back when I need party supplies. The staff was helpful and we went at a good time during the day.

We've gotten balloons for our son's birthday multiple times now and the team at Party City has done an incredible job to make sure everything gets taken care of properly with our order. Delivering 75 balloons is a challenge and they were able to coordinate that with multiple delivery cars so that we didn't have to worry about it! In particular, John and Destiny went above and beyond to make sure our order was processed and delivered on time. We worked with Destiny last year as well and she's awesome! I can't recommend them enough, and we'll definitely be getting more balloons at Party City.

They have so many fun party things. Great masks, costumes, decor for birthday parties, and parties of all kinds.

The woman at the balloon counter was wonderful. I had purchased some mylar balloons from them the night before and stopped in to have them blown up for my son's party, not realizing there was a wait for over 2 hours. The woman was kind enough to stop me on my way out and blew them up for us. It was very much appreciated

On short notice we had a major emergency with my nephew's 2nd birthday party and needed balloons within an hour before the party. Of course they were backed up with orders and we were told we had to wait which would have been understandable being it's last minute. Thanks to Sin, John, Destiny, who are store managers they "Pushed the envelope" and got us in the front of the line! Thanks guys for making our day you guys are the best!!

5 My Husband Robert was turning 60 years old in May 15 th.. and the Delivery on his special day was Absolutely Fantastic!!! Just the look in his eyes when he saw his Balloons was A Polaroid Picture!! Lol Thank you to the Staff and Delivery People for being very Kind and Efficient .❤🙏🏾✌🏾

All of the employees were very helpful with getting our gender reveal box ready! We showed up and handed our results to them, they worked very quickly and got us the box within 30 minutes. Destiny was the biggest help and made the day for us!

Syniah at Party City saved the day! My granddaughter accidentally let go over her balloons right before her birthday party. Syniah remembered the order and quickly and efficiently redid the very large balloon bouquet. Thank you so much ! Highly recommend!

Positive experience online ordering a balloon order for an event - The day of pick up I was greeted as soon as I walked in (right when they opened) and helped quickly with balloons that were ready to go- no complaints!

Got great advice on what type of balloons to get for a next-day party. Order was ready on time. Staff was friendly. I actually heard the manager ask a staff person her opinion in a very nice way!

This party city has everything you need for for any type of party. The staff was super helpful in finding the items we were looking for. Kelly, the manager that was on duty, took care of everyone with a big smile on her face. We waited patiently for Kelly to fill our order (pun I tended), and had great conversation with others waiting to get their order filled as well. It was a breath of freshness to be around people that were laughing and smiling. Thank you Kelly for your hardwork and dedication to your job and your employees. We will be back for more cool stuff to party with.

I was able to find the costume we wanted easily thanks to the organized system they had on the wall, and within like 2 minutes someone asked if we needed help and got the costume for us. We were in and out in 10 minutes and got exactly what we needed.

Shopping for items for an anniversary celebration for a group. Found most things we were looking for & what we found was great! Found some really neat 25¢ party favors! Wish we could have found a few more smaller things in our theme.
