Geneva Riverside Lodging and Tiki Bar & Grill

So I read numerous reviews. Food on-site and tiki bar friendly. Erin as bartender was great. Our r9om was very clean (thanks Pat) Food also cooked by Pat and better than expected. Not a $400 expectations but better than what we paid for. Terry was manager and checked on us for any issues. He seemed eager to help

We always go for the polar plunge for new yrs in the past they have always had s bloody Mary bar set up where u buy the bloody Mary n take it to the bar with all these good fixings in it. Well they didn't have so much husband seen a lady walk by with a bloody Mary like that do I
Order one with our food n I get a very bottom shelf vodka n nothing in it I ask the other last about it she was ruse n no we don't have that. So whatever we. Didn't drink the 9.00 drink we left it sitting it was nasty. The older lady in kitchen thet waited on me she was great

The worker Terry was very plesent, nice, and helped us with anything we needed. Couldn't ask for a better person. The house keeper was just the same. Really enjoyed the stay. Will be back. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

I went here a couple months ago and thought it was great. The river, the pool, the terrible karaoke. But what really did it for me was the blatant discrimination and lack of respect this business has for people who aren't from around those parts. Very surprised they served bud lite tbh. If you have brain cells don't go here it's disgusting.

Hotel is an older location, but very well taken care.

1st of all staff was amazing, view was beautiful, rooms were charming... we WILL be coming back. Were made to feel extremely welcomed, reservations already made for the summer 🥰

I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Tiki Bar & Grill at Geneva Riverside Lodging and I was blown away! The food was absolutely delicious, and the drinks were even better. The bartenders are incredibly knowledgeable and provided great recommendations for drinks to try. The outdoor seating area was perfect for a beautiful day, with a great view of the river. The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff making sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were immaculate, I’ve never seen a room so clean & be made to feel at home, away from home !! Overall, I would definitely say it was a fantastic experience and I can't wait to come back again soon. Highly recommend the Tiki Bar & Grill!

Large rooms and clean. River out back to wade in or fish. Tiki bar was a little extra (expensive, and for the holiday we got dinner and a show at the bar when someone with too much to drink decided she wanted to wear metal bracelets), but the food was good, just not $17 good for a foot long hot dog. The man who runs the lodge is awesome, with a huge personality and very friendly. I will definitely be going back!!!

We came here for a double birthday weekend and had loads of fun! management was accomodating to us and out frinds. We rented a lot of rooms and ours was clean but needed some dishtowels and more stuff in the kitchen but since we live nearby we made it work. Loved our days on the river, meeting new folks, and playing games outside celebrating the beginning of summer. It's no luxury hotel and it's old but there's nothing else like it!

Sometimes you find a special little gem and this is one. It's a very nostalgic old time hotel that reminds me of days gone by. With that being said, the facility and rooms have been updated and were very pleasant and clean. The staff checked with us daily to be sure all of our needs were met and if there was anything else they could do for us. My stay was in October and the nights were getting chilly so we had a roaring fire in one of the fire pits while listening to the river below. Guests and staff gathered around and we had a wonderful time chatting and enjoying the company. Then there's the Tiki Bar, what an added bonus. It's located on the property so it's always convenient and the bartenders were friendly and engaging. The food was good, fresh cooked with fast service and we ate there often. The location is close to town and Chimney Rock, Lake Lure and Bat Cave are right there. For us it was the perfect little getaway. I came away from my stay there with new found friendships and I can't wait to go back. Thanks ya'll for a wonderful time.

Room was very clean, staff was friendly. We stayed on the backside directly in front of the pool and riverside. The tiki bar wasn't the friendliest no one cracked a smile but the live karaoke was great. As night time approached they built bone fires. We went an shot pool outside under a metal shed. Over all it was a great experience.

Me and my fiancé visited the first time after hearing so much about this place. And let me tell we both fell in love with it. The area, the people, the atmosphere! It is such an amazing place. We have even planned to have our wedding here in May! The couple that keeps the place running are amazing people and do an amazing job! And will help with anything they can. We will definitely be returning EVERY CHANCE WE GET!

This was really cute!! Owner was very sweet. Kids played in the river in the back. Its deep so you can swim, that was really nice. Music at night, everybody just hanging around the pool area drinking and having a good time. Would stay again

This place has some great views. A river on one side and mountains on the other just wow. It's a great place to eat attached to it. It's a fun pool to enjoy. There was some singing there. I would highly recommend this place. Right at Lake Lure and Chimney Rock. Shops are really close by.

I’ve been coming here a couple times a year for well over a decade. Honestly, this stay was the best I’ve had. This property has improved in every way the last year or two. Nicer rooms is cool but the commitment to customer service is the biggest difference. Terry the manager went above and beyond and I can tell this guy is working his tail off to improve. I’ll be back even more often!

Me and my fiancé stayed at this location this past wkd. Very nice and clean, however I can’t say enough good things about the staff. The property managers Terry and Mo are two of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. They are particularly in tune with making sure the guests have everything they want and need. Extremely helpful and nice and made our stay awesome. Would recommend anyone who has not stayed here to give it a try. Plus the food and drinks are outstanding at the “onsite” bar and restaurant. I give this place 5 stars all day.

Had reasonable expectations but when we first got there and entered our room we were very pleased . Room was cool and clean and everything was in order. It was relaxing and enjoyable to sit beside the rocky broad river and get a drink or a bite to eat at the tiki bar . We watched as numerous trout were caught at the location . We stayed a 3 night weekend and they had a dj and karaoke 2 nights and a live band one night . All in all a very enjoyable experience . We will stay there again.

Great staff and our trip was very enjoyable. Bed was comfy and I didn't wake up with back pain. Terry was very welcoming and friendly. We were late checking in (after hours), but Terry was there to greet us as soon as we arrived. Very accommodating and we will be visiting again soon! The room appeared to have been renovated recently. Close to town and I definitely recommend for anyone visiting the area.
