Kimi's Carpets Plus

We couldn't have asked for a better experience when replacing our floors through Kimi's Carpets Plus. We mostly worked with Tanya, who was extremely knowledgeable and patient with us. Kimi's communicated well throughout the process, and everything was completed in a timely manner. No complaints with the installation process either. We love our new LVP floors!

I can’t say enough about how pleased my wife and I are with Kimi’s Carpet. From the initial visit, until the job was done, they communicated with me every step of the way. They were on schedule for every appointment and the installation team was great. They cleaned up after the job and ensured we were happy before they left. I worked with Jeremy and would recommend him for any flooring or carpet job done by Kimi’s Carpet.

Had our floors installed yesterday and was blown away with how good they look. The folks at Kimi’s are fantastic to work with from quote to install, we had a fantastic experience. I have been gushing to friends and coworkers and can’t recommend them highly enough. So glad we made the call for an estimate. I will definitely do business with them again!

From the initial contact with Cameron who walked us through the process in detail to the final day with the install team (Perez) and contact with Jerry, the process was excellent. The communication was very good between Kimi’s and myself due to a very minor issue that was no one’s fault but the team fixed beautifully. I cannot say enough good things, Perez’s team worked consistently and quickly for the amount of work there was. My floors are beautiful and they did an amazing job! Thank you Kimi’s!

First the showroom experience. Cameron did a great job of walking us through the carpet selections, pile and pricing. Then he walked us through quality of each pad. When we made our selection the process was so smooth. Jeremy came and measured and was just great. Tanya took care of the logistics. Our carpet came in and we scheduled the installation. Second, our installers were fantastic. Bob Sr and Bob Jr. know installation. From the removal of furniture, removal of old carpet, tack strip, laying out new pad, and cutting the new carpet in and the seams were perfect. Their workmanship was exceptional. We are very satisfied and recommend Kimi’s and the installer “Bob and Bob”!

My experience with Kimi's Carpets Plus has been fabulous! Cameron was my salesman and I also worked with Kimi. They were very informative and answered all my questions. The whole process was painless and I am loving my new floors in my home. Carlos's team from Monster Flooring did an amazing job with moving furniture and laying the floor. They were very profession and worked very hard to get all the flooring done in just one day. Carlos and his crew were very kind and understanding with my son coming in and out to ask them questions and see what they were doing. I would highly recommend both Kimi and Carlos's business if you are needing flooring done.

My husband and I planned on shopping around for carpet but after our first visit here, we knew we were in the right place. From start to finish everyone was fantastic!! Knowledgable,, friendly and superior customer service!

We have had Kimi’s out for three different jobs. 1 was to replace the carpet in the whole house. The second was to repair a threshold where another contractor (unrelated to carpet install) messed up the newly installed carpet. The last was to install a stair runner on our wood stairs. Every single time has been a seamless process. Cameron is awesome at measuring and being a sounding board for my (sometimes scattered) ideas. Kimi ordered larger samples for me to take home when I was stuck between three colors. She overnighted them from the distributor without hesitation. Scheduling was extremely easy. “The Bobs”, and Tony were efficient and pleasant installers. Jeremy came for the threshold repair and I was very appreciative when he explained that he would like to get a second opinion from the team on the best plan of attack on the repair. From start to finish, Kimi’s team was low pressure, easy to speak with, understanding of financial barriers and full of knowledge on the best products for our home and life with kids and pets. They were so communicative and just a pleasure to do business with!

They did a great Job on replacing a whole house (nearly 2000 sf) of carpet in one day. Two sets of stairs and new padding. Well done Pedro's and Carlos's crew.

We are so happy with our new floors! Cameron and Jeremy were both super nice and helpful. We wanted the floor in our bedroom and bonus room to be matched to the floor in the rest of our home. They did a great job! Peak our dingy carpet to now our beautiful hardwoods!

Kimi’s just installed some beautiful Cortec LVP flooring in our house and I just want to give a shout-out to Tanya and Jerry for all their help with the process. Home renos always come with some hiccups and they were great to work with in working through them. Would definitely recommend Kimi’s for your flooring needs.

Matched the pattern in carpet perfectly. The stairs look amazing. I HIGHLY recommend Kimi's carpet. So very pleased that I chose this company!

Had a great experience with Kimi's Carpet Plus. They were on time, thorough and made the process easy. The prices were also good! We're very happy with the new carpet.

Kimis install team was VERY efficient and quick! I thought it would have take a couple days to replace all the carpet, and they knocked it out in ONE DAY! And they moved the furniture and put it all back afterwards. They cleaned up and you’d never know they were there except for the new carpet. Solid professional job !!

Met with both Kimi and Jeremy to pick out the right carpet for our home. They listened to our needs/wants then gave recommendations based on our family’s lifestyle. We picked out samples to bring home so we could make the best decision.
The facts:
We were coached on how the carpet would be laid and the timeframe that it would take. The Bob family did the carpet install at our home. They were very clear on what they would be doing each day. They showed up when they said they would, worked neat and clean. They vacuumed every day when they completed their day.
We are incredibly happy with Kimi’s Carpets in Fuquay Varina. We highly recommend Kimi’s for your flooring needs.

Kimi's was seriously awesome from start to finish. I cannot recommend them highly enough. We got LVP throughout the home, except carpet in the bedrooms. Quality materials so far for each, with reasonable prices.

TLDR; quality materials, excellent customer service and communication, and efficient timeline.

The best part was their communication throughout. They explained in their store/showroom what was available, the sales, etc. clearly. Once we decided to move forward with them, they came to measure almost immediately. They talked through questions we had about transitions, some light subfloor evening, and pricing. The day of install when they were doing light remedying of subfloor, they found we had weird flooring in the kitchen from previous owners. They took the time to have a manager come confirm what it was, then communicate well and offered a couple of options.

Throughout the process, we spoke to probably 5-6 people (store sales, scheduling, measuring, installer, warehouse manager), and each was knew their stuff, their role, and were kind/courteous/helpful.

We were lucky enough for them to schedule a week after we agreed to work with them. They were able to complete the full house in one day, including an "inspection" with us at the end.

Top notch experience and we will certainly use them for any need in the future.
