I purchased a car from Carrera Autohaus in March 2024, and it was one of the smoothest and least stressful car-buying experiences I've ever had. There was absolutely no pressure, from browsing their inventory to the test drive and the actual purchase. The process was fast and the staff was friendly. I highly recommend Bilal, who was incredibly professional and answered all my questions. He also followed up after the purchase to ensure everything was going smoothly. I would return to purchase another car in the future.

I called this dealership and ask them a number of questions about the advertised vehicle I was interested in and willing to make a long drive down to North Carolina in order to purchase a rust free SUV. Many of the vehicles that I have gone to look at at used car dealerships oftentimes disappoint me due to pictures exceeding the look and value of the actual vehicle. I arrived early Saturday morning after an all night drive and was greeted and allowed to come in prior to the dealership opening by the brother of the owner who sat me down and let me know that the sales people would be in in another 20 minutes or so. When sales came in I then had the opportunity to look over the vehicle. I am very thorough in my critique of buying a used vehicle due to past experiences. One of the first things I checked on this vehicle was the oil and fluids. The oil was just below the ad mark on the dipstick. I will tell you that I was taken back quite a bit by this and when I showed the operations manager he also was not happy that this occurred after their mechanic had looked at it. For whatever reason this was overlooked and unfortunately was brought to their attention by me and a concern on my part as to why the vehicle may have been burning oil. They asked me if I would be willing to wait and they would immediately drive it to have the oil changed and I said that would be fine, I figured i was in for a penny I may as well be in for a pound so to speak. I then waited and when the vehicle returned obviously the oil had been serviced and I continued thoroughly vetting the vehicle for another 45 minutes or so. When I was done and after I had test driven the vehicle and researched the possibilities of why the oil would have been low in the first place I decided to make an offer and we were able to meet on a price. I drove the vehicle home then from the Carolinas that day back to Ohio and had no issues. My wife loves the vehicle and I have a rust free vehicle which I am very excited about as we have some of the worst salted roads up here that wreak havoc on cars. Like I told the guys I do not hold them responsible at this point, so should anything go wrong with it it would be my problem and that is why I took the time to vet every single item on the vehicle. I did appreciate that these guys have a very different way of doing things and are extremely low-key and genuinely helpful. The guys that work here are all friends and seem to choose vehicles that they believe are of a better caliber and have a likelihood of being able to move on the lot and not have to sit. You do not want a vehicle that sits, that is for sure! Many things can go wrong with vehicles the longer they sit. I was able to get this vehicle after it had only been on the lot for 10 days. So to review these guys do not fit the stereotypical used car dealership type. Yes it's always about making money as all businesses are but I do believe these guys are genuinely concerned about offering a quality product as well as making money. So in other words they're meeting somewhere in the middle by trying to research good quality vehicles to offer customers without having to try to sell something that is less than what it should be for a higher price than it should be. I am a believer that it's nice if everyone can win meaning the customer gets what they're looking for at a fair price and the dealership is able to make a fair profit as well. I think this dealership does that and would not hesitate to shop here again. Nice job guys thank you for the vehicle and making my wife very happy with the purchase. I wish you many years of blessed success, and I thank you for your courteousness even though I probably appeared a bit more cautious and full of critique while shopping in your dealership.

I recently bought a car from Carrera and my experience thus far has been great. When I found the car online I took a ride to their lot and was able to look through without any hounding or pressure. When I saw the car I liked they let me look at it and test drive by myself which was quite the change of pace from other dealers. They didn't do in house financing which to me was a green flag as there was no pressure to finance through them. I never got asked to do any upsells with anything. They didn't do a dealer warranty so keep that in mind, but they did have a referral to a seperate warranty service through Valuemax. Every car I looked at was a very good deal according to Kelly Blue Book. Over all it was a very laid back experience and was the smoothest dealer experience I have had. I looked at the car twice two different days to make sure I was making the right decision. I would gladly come back to buy another car in the future!

Bought a 2010 genesis coupe from here back in July . It was an out of state purchase. Shipping is pretty fast once you find a good carrier. The coupe was clean when it arrived. I took it to a Hyundai dealership for a multi-point inspection and everything checks out! I have had no problems with it. It runs like a dream here in the wide open roads of Texas! :D

Grand daughter and I drove 2 hours to look at the car. We had been looking for something to fit her budget and needs for about a week. Too many others had told us yes the car you are interested in is here, then bam the car wasn’t available. But Carrera assured me they would let me know if the car was sold while we were in transit. Much to our surprise it was there and ready for viewing and test drive. No hard sale tactics just wonderful customer service. And my Grand daughter fell in love with her first car that she was able to buy all by herself. Ran great on the 2 hour ride home and today she is still in love with it. We don’t expect miracles because it is 11 years old but we were both very happy with our experience

And let me say this if you see a vehicle on the lot you like it’s best to jump on it sooner than later because it might not last long I’m just saying. I was on the fence about purchasing the BMW I wanted but they let me know there was others that wanted this particular car as well and it would probably be sold the next day. So I decided to get there the next morning as soon as they opened and sure enough as I was about to drive off after buying another customer came up with check in hand and I beat him to the punch! I purchased a 2010 Mercedes ML550 sight unseen from the team over at Carrera Autohaus, they were super honest about the condition and any issues it had. The salesman sent 12 videos to show the condition of it. They setup delivery and had it sent to my house. This is my first purchase sight unseen and I’m so happy with my purchase. I recently bought a 2011 Dodge challenger se from this dealer. Let me say this now, if you are looking for a car THIS IS THE PLACE! The price was literally a dream come true. $2,000 under the national average. Obviously I was a little skeptical to say the least but after I bought it I got it checked out by my mechanic down here and everything is perfectly fine! I was blown away! I purchased a car couple days ago, it was a pretty smooth transaction, the salesman was very attentive and he had to make sure that I am taken care of even though we had some dilemmas. Answered all the questions that I had.

About the car, it has a pretty low mileage and a really good deal, The car looks brand new, nice and neat. It looks like it has been taken care of.
