I was satisfied after speaking over the phone with Shantae Thornton. She took a lot of time to resolve the confusion I had with our transition from a VA policy to NC. Despite the outcome, she took time to explain everything she could and has been easy to speak with the entire time.

Wright agency has been extremely responsive to our inquiries, supplying us with documents we have requested.

I *used* to be satisfied with the service I received... however, I have had opportunity within the last few weeks to be on the phone and in email communication with someone at this agency and feel more training needs to be given to staff. Customers should not be the ones to research government agency contact #s and emails (on behalf of the insurance agency!) and then be forced to keep inquiring if something has been done about erroneously-filed paperwork (saying I had no insurance when they wrote me out of one policy into another and overlapped it by 2 days -all within their agency -same insurance!) In the end, I learned from speaking (every day for a week!) with the government agency that the information I was asking details about was something that all insurance agencies had access to and were responsible for filing!
I basically did all the legwork when it should have been a fairly simple thing for the individual I spoke with at this insurance agency to have already learned or, alternatively, ask their co-workers.
In all fairness, I did finally, by default one day, get an agent who assisted me somewhat, yet was not able to undo the wrong already done.
A number of staff here know their stuff; it's too bad that one "bad apple" caused so much grief to me and my family when it could have been avoided if agents were better trained at their jobs.

The worst insurance agency agency in North Carolina this location location on Miami Boulevard is the worst-confused over late charging after cancellation and acting like they don’t have no record of cancellations. not a good place to receive insurance services or help with insurance.The staff customer service is the worst I’ve seen in the last 10 years.
