The RiteRug Team did an outstanding job installing laminate hardwood flooring in our home. Natalie was responsive to texts or phone calls and answered any questions. She was personable and professional during her estimate. The pricing was very reasonable. The installation crew was proficient, courteous and extremely hard working. They got our entire second floor completed in one day. They vacuumed, cleaned the floors and removed all trash/debris before leaving. The new flooring looks amazing! Great job to all!!

Zach took detailed notes on my house as well as guided me through the aesthetic choices that fit my needs. The results - beautifully installed flooring, quick turnaround (mind you, not during a holiday/rush season - it’s important to have *reasonable* expectations as a customer), quality LVP product, that completely transformed an outdated style to a fresh, attractive interior. I cannot recommend Zach, RiteRug, and the install team high enough. The entire process was quick and painless. The initial consultation with Zach was great. He brought the samples to us and within a week the carpet was ready for install. Zach kept us up to date with an accurate time-frame throughout the process. The installers showed up and were extremely efficient. Once installed, the workers walked us around to make sure everything looked good. They cleaned up well; vacuuming and picking up the carpet shedding. The carpet looks wonderful. Lush and full. It smells like a new house. I highly recommend Zach and his team. Looking forward to using them in the future.

Rachel and her team at RiteRug Flooring did an impressive job installing new carpet in our home - Rachel was very patient and willing to answer all of my questions (especially the ton I had for her regarding the memory foam padding we decided to go with)! The guys were in and out in a few hours, and were very clean in their execution. There were two minor fixes in one room that Rachel was able to take care of the very next day (which wasn't bad at all considering the number of rooms we had replaced). We will be utilizing Rachel and her team for new hardwood floors in the next few months - thank you all again for the excellent service!

I have been working with Rachel Knopf for over a year and a half on flooring at various residential rental properties I manage. She always comes out quickly for an estimate and has a crew of people out fast when I need it. Her estimates are often better priced than competitors. I rely on Rachel for helping me with carpet, LVP and other flooring (but they do all kinds of flooring and wood refinishing and more). Rachel is professional and knowledgeable, I highly recommend!
