I am not one to write reviews unless I feel it is necessary and in this case, it certainly is.
Whoever you have working manager on duty at 6:30pm on 9/12/23 , I highly suggest a demotion. (I think her name was Jennifer but could be wrong, I know it was the manager)
She was was very unprofessional and makes for a terrible ambassador of your food chain.
Firstly, I tried going through the drive through and she shouts through the intercom “come inside”
Why a drive through is closed in a “fast food “ restaurant is beyond me.
So I park and come inside. I order my food and wait 20ish mins, she calls my name to tell me they don’t have the stuff to make the majority of my order. I asked for a refund on the things they hadn’t started on , which was 90% of my order . I was only due a chicken roll and cheese roll up. They only gave me the chicken rolls and refunded me $8 of the $15 I spent, I noticed , came back in and the “manager” was just sitting down eating in the kitchen. I asked her to come over there and she caught a major attitude about having to grab my cheese roll up that was missing from what was due.
Not every experience here has been bad but this one certainly wasn’t great. I will be back and will update my review based on performance.
Please assess this because this Taco Bell has always been a favorite of mine!

i’ve started coming to this taco bell recently because it’s right in the middle of my commute between work and home. the staff has been really nice to me! the food is always really good. this taco bell does a good job with making sure your food is hot and fresh. my coworkers and i have gone a couple of times already during lunch, and i never feel like the wait is long at all. it helps to be able to order from the digital kiosks. i think this is one of the better taco bells in the triangle.

Although this place is a lifesaver and Always open late in the night.
They are always out of hot sauce and today..
I asked for extra hot sauce twice and nicely.
Apparently extra hot sauce means 2 sachets .

This taco especially very good service and no missing items in the package. Very good taste and service. Keep it up. Thanks

It's one of the only fast food places left that you can get enough food for two people and spend less than $10. Plus, I just like the food. The doritos locos tacos, cheese fiesta potatoes, nachos bell grande, Mexican pizzas, chicken chalupas, and cheesey gordita crunch are some of my favorites. The tomatoes are never ripe, so if anything comes with tomatoes, I order it without them.

I was ordering in the drive thru. Pleasant staff, order was correct, didn't mind the wait, it's Christmas Eve. The place was open. I even tried the wild cherry strawberry freeze. Great taste but not for me. Too costly and small when substituting for drink which comes with the order.

This taco bell always has the best customer service and the food is fresh! They always get my order right too. Definitely my go to location!!

The restaurant was clean, customer service was awesome and the Mexican Pizza was pretty good.

Staff is awesome. I know this sounds crazy, because it's just taco bell, but this location and the one at the corner of Six Forks Rd and Strickland Rd make the best food. I always get several regular soft tacos, and these two locations do it right. Always a good amount of meat, cheese, and lettuce. Most taco bells just throw s**t on a shell. These two locations always have a beautiful taco that is worth the money. They aren't putting too much or giving away food, disrupting food cost, but they put what I feel you should get. Not to mention this location is always spotless. I can't comment on the cleanliness of the other location I mentioned because I've never been inside that one. I'd give this one 10 stars if I could. Warm, friendly, and welcoming staff. Clean and friendly atmosphere. Most important of all, delicious, properly made, great tasting food.

I visited This Taco Bell and found it to be a very clean and well-organized store.
The managers that was on the shift on October 13th 2020 at 5:26 p.m. in the afternoon was the most conducive manages that I've seen in a long time the cashier Mr. Cory was on point. he helped me with the selections being that I was not well with the menus or the menu board but he helped me a lot and I was able to make my family happy when I brought home the best selections they enjoyed.

The most pleasant experience I’ve ever had at Taco Bell. I wish I would have caught the gentleman’s name who worked the counter. Taller black with glasses. He was so friendly and patient. We had a giant and complicated order and he didn’t rush me or act exasperated with me. Our order came out correct and promptly. Him and his team made our Taco Bell experience delightful.

Yesterday around 7 pm I took my grandchildren in to place order
Drive thru was to busy
Best experience I have had at a fast food place! The cashier was a middle aged black man with glasses and he was so patient with me ordering
Then after he came up and asked if I wanted sauce and fixed a bag to go for me! I wish I had looked at his name tag! He really knows what he is doing and so patient!! Even my grand sons who are 13 & 9 were telling me how kind and helpful he is.
Thanks Taco Bell for hiring him so I could have such a great experience and I will be back

We really enjoyed our Food. Hot, Fresh & Delicious!!! This is Once Again, My Favorite Spot for take out!!

Staff was polite, offering to cook either breakfast or lunch due to the time of my arrival. The food was hot, the Pepsi was cold, and for what I've come to expect from Taco Bell, I was actually impressed. No complaints at all.

The caveat we waited 30 mins at the drive through, 5 stars cause the staff was doing what they could while being understaffed and were still courteous and positive

Hope things get better

I must have picked the busiest time of day to get my meal. The line inside wrapped 3/4 of the store and drive through was all the way around. I was thinking about going somewhere else but wanted to use the bathroom. Seriously, when I got out of the bathroom, 2/3 of the line was gone. (Max 3 minutes) I had my meal in less than 5! They're good!!

This is the absolute best Taco Bell in Durham. This is my wife's favorite fast food restaurant, so we eat there a lot on the go. We recently we to the Hope Valley Taco Bell and they were TERRIBLE!! Our food was sloppy, our cinnamon twist had no cinnamon, the restaurant itself was dirty. Me and several other patron had food issues. Tonight I came to this Taco Bell (Hwy 55 &54). I came in with 3 complicated orders, and not only did they ring my order up correctly the first time, it came out fast, hot, and PERFECT! I appreciate the great service and keep up the great work!!

As a vegetarian I tend to avoid Taco Bell as I would basically get a refried bean burrito and quesadilla. Introducing the black beans was a great move and I feel like they made it easier for the cashier to input anything on the menu as vegetation so that all makes me happy. The quality of food seems better recently too. At this particular location the employees are always nice so I enjoy going there. Five stars easy

This is by far the best taco bell I've been to. Consistently the people are nice, the food is actually made properly, and the orders are correct. Understanding how lousy the typical taco bell is really makes this one shine all the better. For example, the one off Miami in Durham is probably the worst I've been to. Funny how they're so close yet so far.
