I was looking for some bins and baskets and found plenty to choose from. Found more in different places around the store. Cashier on Sunday evening was very nice.

Came in for some drawer organizers and left with a bunch of other stuff I haven't found at other stores.
Who would have thought square plates and bowls would be so hard to find lol. Shout out to the nice lady running the floor Te'Ika ❤
Might have spelled her name wrong but her and the rest of the team made me feel right at home and I'm definitely coming back for more deals 🧑‍🏭

This store has come a long way. The staff has done an excellent job making it nice and neat. My only complaint is that the food aisles could be more stocked, but I understand why they are bare considering how low the prices are. Keep up the great work.

Big Lots in Durham NC, the furniture manager, went above and beyond to locate a TV console (the only one in the warehouse) for us and extended excellent customer service to us. Well worth the drive from Raleigh. 😊 A pleasant experience, of which is a rarity these days!

I like the new layout. Great selection of Christmas inventory. Competitive prices to Walmart.

The shelves were a mess, but not because of the employees. Customers had made a mess of the store, but the employees were hard at work trying to get it cleaned up. Despite the monumental task ahead of them, they were very friendly and willing to help me find the things I needed, and even took the initiative to open another register when the lines started to get long. Great store, great prices, and FANTASTIC employees. A++

It was great. I haven't been their in a while. It looks great . Nice and clean. Shelves nicely stocked. The staff was very courteous. Helped me find everything I was looking for. Cashier was great also. Great personality.

I think they've renovated this location, it looks really nice! Seems like they cut out a lot of clutter and extraneous merchandise so it's much easier to navigate. Found some great deals as usual.

They totally cleaned and revamped this store so it is much nicer now.

I went in yesterday to purchase a table and the manager (I didn’t know he was who at the time), Jaime was extremely helpful! Along with his great team of employees, Ciara and the guy who helped me strap a table to my car, haha. They were all very patient with me and I’ve never experienced such great customer service. I will forever return to this location as long as they have people like them working there! Thank you guys!

This store had plenty of good staff that were friendly and helpful.. I was just burning time on a sales call scheduled down the street... So went here and ended up with one of those shrink hoses . I actually like it because it's not so bulky..

Quick stop during lunch to pick up a few decorations for the office. Employees helpful and store was very organized.

The store is just really good overall. Ive been going here for years, and have started to go more frequently because it is a nice alternative to Kroger after it shut down.

I recently purchased furniture from this location and I can not explain how I experienced the best customer service ever! I felt so valued as a customer. The promptness of responding to meeting the needs of customers is a valued as a priority. Who could resist warm fuzzy feelings and low prices !
