The first point of contact, Allison by name and/or receptionist was rude, discourteous and unhelpful. The dentist and hygienist were fine and I would still be a patient if it were not for the receptionist.

I was going to Dr Crocker several years ago. She started finding cavities and I'd never had a cavity before. I allowed her to fill it. The next month she said she'd found another cavity. I asked her to show it to me on the exray, she told me I couldn't see what she could see. In addition to that when I had my teeth cleaned, it felt like sand was in my mouth when the hygienist rinsed my mouth. The hygienist use the sharpe pointed tool to scrape my teeth along the gum line. I still have the ridge around my gun line. I changed dentist, I felt she was intentionally trying to mess up my teeth so she could make me some false ones. I left her after about three visits. I haven't had a cavity since I left her practice nor have I had the gritty feeling in my mouth after a cleaning.

I have an excellent dentist now. I all of my teeth and I've had laser surgery to save one tooth.

I don't feel that Dr. Crocker is the only dentist to do what she did so if you can't see the problems said to be found on your exrays, I'd be concerned. My new dentist can show me whatever she finds.
