I've been a patient for several years. Dr. Qiang is very thorough and gentle. Her hygienist Karma( sorry for the misspelling) gave me one of the best cleanings I've ever had. She's experienced, gentle, and shows that she cares about the health of the patients teeth. Thanks so much for caring.

Today was my first time at Southpoint Dentistry and it was a great experience. Dr. Qian, Joy at reception, Davetta, and Angelique were all amazing and made my cleaning an awesome experience! Highly recommend!

Angelique did a great job with my cleaning and thoroughly answered my questions. She was very gentle and knowledgeable. Very patient and great personality. Also I love Dr. Qin. She’s great as well!

After reading the many good reviews, I took my two kids to Southpoint Dentistry. It was a pleasant experience. Dr. Qian and her staff were professional and helpful. I was impressed by Deanna who treated my five year old daughter. She kept talking to her and telling her what she was doing. My daughter felt like she was playing a game. I have never seen her so happy during dental checkups. The doctor was making something funny and sparkling on her teeth. Would definitely come back for future visits.

Dr. Lily Qian is a rare and gifted dental physician. Her work is complemented by her genuine care. I have had the fortune of receiving dental care from exceptional dentists all over the world, from here to India, including dental experts and oral surgeons who lecture and teach all over the world. I choose Dr. Qian over all of them. The benefits I have received from her surpasses what I have received from all the world renown experts. I am so very grateful to have her for my dental care.

I have never liked to go to dentist office before! However, my attitude has changed since I start going to Southpoint Dentistry. All the staffs there from front desk to hygienists to Dr Qian are all pleasant, professional and best of all, they are all hardworking, sincere and care! I have a new hygienist, Catherine worked on my cleaning today and she was so nice and professional! She even took her her time to explain to me how to keep my teeth clear from tea and coffee stains! During the cleaning, she will keep checking on me and inform me what and where she will be cleaning my teeth! Not to talk about not scared to go to dentist anymore, I want to be there more often if I can. This is how much I enjoy their service! Great people, great.service! I always have a really good experience whenever I visit Dr. Lily Qian's office but today, Ms. Angelique - Hygienist, was AMAZING!!!!!!
She answered all of the questions I had. She did a great job of cleaning my teeth, as well as informed me on how to continue to keep my teeth cleaner and strengthen my gums. I truly appreciate the outstanding customer service and knowledge. I will be back again for my next cleaning.

Dr. Qian graduated from UNC Dental School and is a highly knowledgeable and well-trained dentist. I was very happy with my dental visit! The entire staff here is awesome!! Dr. Qian is a very knowledgeable dentist and offers a wide range of services! I like that I can keep all of my dental work in one office! From implants to Invisalign she does it all!! Angelique the hygienist does a great job every time I visit! She has a way of making the cleaning painless while still making me feel like I’ve had a very thorough cleaning! My teeth feel so clean now! I definitely will continue coming here for all my dental needs! If you are looking for your forever dental home this is the place to go!

Today was my first visit and I am so impressed with the quality of care I received! My hygienist was extremely thorough and even flossed between two teeth that every other hygienist before had given up on! She made me very comfortable and never made me feel bad about having a cavity or not flossing like I should. Dr. Qian was very friendly and took a lot of time with me to make sure that I was completely taken care of. My hygienist even checked with my dental insurance during my appointment to make sure different treatments/x-rays would be covered! I could not have had a better experience and am looking forward to going back!

My mom did 2 root canals recently with Dr Qian at Southpoint dentistry and would like to recommend them to everyone. Dr. Qian is an expert for the root canal, she has a wealth of knowledge and experiences, she is able to quickly identify problems and determine the best treatment approach for the patient. She took the time to explain the whole procedure and ensured that everything was done correctly and in the most comfortable manner possible. My mom was painless after she went home, her experience with Dr Qian and the team were awesome. The entire team is honest and everyone there is really good about keeping their masks on and providing a clean, comfortable environment. Thank you!

Very welcoming atmosphere, Dr. Qian was very informative when going over what I needed. She pulls the xrays onto the tv screen and reviews them with you. I also like that they have a camera that zooms in on your tooth so you can really see what’s going on. Angelique the hygienist did a good job on my cleaning and gave me some good tips to follow at home.

They had an opening today and it was the best dental experience I’ve had. They where all so kind and personable it felt like I was talking to friends. The dental hygienist explained each step of the way what she was doing and that made my nerves much calmer knowing what was taking place. I made appointments for my brother and mother for us all to start going there. I hope everyone that needs a dental practice take yourself there, you will be well taken care of :)
