Drossman Gastroenterology

Dr. Drossman is one of the best GI clinicians in the country. Highly recommend.

I’ve been going to Dr. Drossman since being dismissed by the Mayo Clinic. Not only is he the most intelligent person I’ve ever encountered, he also has the most empathy of any doctor I know. He has chosen to take on the most difficult G.I. disorders to help those of us who have nowhere else to turn. I am honored to be a patient of his because he is relentless in trying to help me have a better quality of life. He understands that we aren’t crazy or hypochondriacs, he knows our pain is real. Dr. Drossman and his wonderful staff have been a godsend to me and my family. His resume speaks for itself and seeing him is worth every ten hour drive and every penny.

I was recently referred to Drossman Gastroenterology but unfortunately they don't accept Heath Insurance, or Medicare. He does however charge $600 dollars an hour! What a cancer on society. It took them over a week to call me from when my referral was submitted to tell me they can't do anything for me. If you can afford them they might be great, but that cost is ridiculous. This is why I hate the healthcare system.
