The first time I walked into the store, I was surprised by how welcoming and enthusiastic the staff was. The pharmacists here are the nicest people I have come across. Alice, the pharmacist who owns the store is always smiling (and sometimes singing) and checking in on everyone who comes here. She somehow knows almost everyone who comes to the pharmacy which makes the experience quite personal. I loved my experience at Triangle pharmacy and I would highly recommend everyone pays a visit here, whether is to fill a prescription or to get some supplies for your garden or home improvement projects!

One thing that stuck out to me at Triangle Pharmacy was the family-like environment they have. Alice and the rest of the staff are quick to learn your name, and they truly care about providing top notch customer service. This is also a very convenient place to shop because not only can you pick up your prescriptions and over the counter medications from here, but they also have a hardware store and so much other supplies! It can definitely save you a trip to Walmart. I would highly recommend making this your pharmacy because of the great environment and it is definitely a one-stop shop!

My wife and I have been using Triangle Pharmacy for the past 30 years for our prescriptions, except when our insurance company forced us to use a mail service, and their service is excellent. They are a locally owned pharmacy that is family owned. Alice and her team do a wonderful job and make everyone feel as if they are part of the family.

The best pharmacy I have ever used. Triangle pharmacy has very personal service, and always fills my families prescriptions quickly and accurately. When you call you always get a person on the phone directly, and they are very helpful when prescriptions need refill requests. I have been using Triangle pharmacy for many years. You will love this local pharmacy.

Triangle Pharmacy is such a warm environment that makes me feel like family when I come to pick up my prescriptions. The pharmacists always make an effort to get to know me as a person and go out of their way to help me!

Kandi was amazing. She took the time to walk my daughter and I thru the vaccine process. My daughter who is 8, wanted to know what was going on, and what will occur. She was very patient and even let my daughter sit in the same room as me. She was very personable and sweet. I'll be moving my prescriptions over to Triangle Pharmacy. Excellent Customer Service.

Hailey and Queenie are the best pharmacy technicians in town! All of the pharmacy staff makes you their top priority the minute you walk in. Great family environment and would recommend to anyone that this is where they should get their prescriptions filled!

I came in for a prescription and was treated as a VIP! Every employee was smiling and although I could tell they were busy, they still took their time to welcome me and treat me as if I was the only customer around. I noticed they were also giving covid vaccinations and influenza vaccinations also which was nice to see! I encourage all folks to stop in and see this tremendous pharmacy and staff. They really work hard and I loved it!

Triangle Pharmacy is a welcoming environment and the staff here are always so friendly! Prescriptions are filled in a timely manner and they answer their phone unlike chain pharmacies.

I've gotten all my prescriptions there for several years, and always I've had great service. Also they have a nice hardware store that I use. It's a local, family owned business.

I wish I could give a negative star rating. I have been dealing with this place and my prescriptions for over a year and they continue to screw them up. Calling the wrong doctors and giving wrong doses. I have tried multiple times to resolve this. Three weeks ago, I went in and told them to remove me from the system. Today, I get another call from the wrong doctor's office saying the pharmacy is trying to renew my prescriptions again. I asked the doctor to deny the prescription. I called Triangle Pharmacy to explain and ask to be taken out of the system. The woman would not even let me finish, she hung up on me. Poor service!!!
