Every single time I have to call Customer Service they are the nicest, most helpful I've ever dealt with. One guy stayed on the phone with me over an hour with Marketplace to help work out my new subsidies and policy. Their Customer Service should be the standard for every company.

I just got off the phone with Rhonda from the Durham office dealing with a claim and that might be the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. She even said that if I need any clarification or if the company calls me needing additional information that I can call her and she will help me through the process. How sweet is that?! Rhonda your customer service skills are out of this world. Thank you so much for your help and for reading through all 40 some pages of my claim. Sorry about that!

Today (October 5, 2021) at around 2:18 pm (EST), I called on behalf of my mother. I had two questions.

A BCBS representative named Kiara answered the phone. I must say that it was one of the most pleasant phone calls I've had in a very long time with someone I didn't know.

Kiara was professional, polite, and so very pleasant! She provided me options that involved her going the extra mile.

Before our conversation ended, we both realized that we had an unusual connection through the Lion King film. That will remain our secret :).

BCBS should recognize this young lady, do their best to retain her, and, of course, pay her well :).

There's an agent office here for walk-in service, and staff is expanded during peak enrollment times. Feel free to drop in, but this is also a corporate campus that handles many other functions ranging from customer service to claims to IT to planning.

As a place to work, it's generally quite positive. Like any company, different areas have different personalities. Generally speaking, the IT organization is consistently rated favorably by its employees.

This is an amazing place to work! BCBSNC truly cares about its employees and customers in NC, and it shows through the enormous volunteerism of its staff and so many other ongoing efforts/initiatives.

I don't work there, but the area looks very nice. It has a walking walking path and good sized park for employees and the general public. Lots of parking areas
