I had a bad car battery and found Batteries Plus had a much better deal going on than the place I typically go. I called and spoke with Josh who was very friendly and answered all of my questions and didn't try to upsell me. In fact, he convinced me to buy the cheaper option that he said was best suited for my car's specifications and that the more expensive battery I currently had in it (that I got from a different company) was not necessary. I appreciate this type of honesty and they will get my business in the future because of this. Keith installed it the next day and was prompt and courteous. In all, I had a positive experience shopping at Batteries Plus.

I am regular customer for several reasons. They have and do things that are not easy to find, such as recycle services for batteries and bulbs. They are knowledgeable, e.g., helped me install LED shop lights in incandescent lamp. Service people are fast, courteous, and either know what they are doing or ask for help from manager. Finally, prices are very competitive, e.g., car battery cost same as chain auto parts stores.

They did an amazing job repairing my phone screen and everyone was very nice and welcoming. Ryan was awesome and I am very thankful for his assistance and experience. Thanks yall.

Keith was awesome! He helped me test and replace my near-dead OEM car battery all in under 15 minutes! Hopefully Duracell will be more reliable than the white label Interstate battery for Subaru. Extended weekend hours here and 10% pick up order special are icing on the cake. Much better price than at my car dealership.

I ordered online and had an in-store pick up for my specialty light bulb purchase and it worked out great, even got 10% discount for my online order. Everyone at this store is kind and helpful - They recycle bulbs and batteries too if you are working on a remodel. I would say that based on my line of work I do go to this store approximately once a month and they always have what I need for work and great discounts on batteries too. It is a great place to get headlamps, flashlights for storm preparedness too.

My iPhone lost the ability to charge last night leaving me in a low-key panic as I’m traveling this week. Stopped by the shop today and the gentleman at the counter immediately took a look and was able to identify & fix the issue within minutes.

I don't know much and every time I go to the store the folks there could easily sell me something I don't need. But instead they always offer to investigate, test, evaluate...and then if needed I buy! Andrew was great with a very busy store today.

I've always received excellent service and the highest quality of work during each of the several times I've been in the store. I greatly appreciate the courtesy and professionalism of the associate. Along with the superb customer service and quality work on my phone repair and watch battery replacement, the pricing for each is extremely competitive, beating other providers by a significant margin.

I hadn’t been to this store (on “54” near SouthPoint Mall) in quite a while but recently rediscovered it. I lost my spare electronic car key, and I was reluctant to order its replaced from the dealership (I assumed they would overcharge and they had already received a lot of money from me when I bought the car). The key has now been replaced, thanks to Batteries Plus. I even had a few choices about whether to include the automatic door locks as part of the key fob and other add-ons (of course I did). Today I went back to get a small replacement bulb for a cat gadget — the one in there got broken in place. No problem at all.
The nicest part about going to this store is it feels like an old “neighborhood” store. The men who work there are very friendly, very knowledgeable, and far from pushy about upselling. Plus, I always see things that I didn’t know they sold, like batteries for cars (they install) down to golf cart, flashlight and watch batteries and anything in between. Every time I go in there I see something else that I didn’t know they sold. It’s fun to look around. I’m glad I rediscovered this store.

Helpful, knowledgeable staff. Good prices. I'm happy to drive a little further to make a battery/bulb purchase here. While I don't mind picking up a pack of AAA or AA batteries at another store, I find that this place can answer almost every question I've ever had about batteries and usually has what I want in stock in terms of less common batteries and bulbs.

Employees were extremely helpful and friendly, offered great feedback on products and services, and repaired my grandfather's phone with ease and quickness. Had issues with apple in the past replacing a battery whereas this establishment fixed both a battery and screen for a reasonable price with no mistakes. Overall great selection of goods and excellent customer service.
