Honestly best parcel delivery and collection staff I've ever encountered. From the ever helpful and cheerful Andre to the delivery drivers who work to get the job done to the best of their ability. Everyone goes above and beyond to be honest If I could pay money to give them an extra star I would. I had an issue with a package that needed a signature and they were honestly fantastic in helping me sort it out. They didn't have to but they did.

Can't say enough positive about your manager, Andre. Truly above and beyond. I would hope I could model my students after him, or recruit my own team members to be just like him...frankly I aspire to have his positive customer service, above and beyond attitude. Very grateful to him for stepping in, effectively problem solving and helping me. In my experience this combination of attitude, skills, and empathy are rare! I told him I'd nominate him to be CEO of your company --and I'm serious. This type of "customer obsession" ideally starts at the top!

Just dropped off an Amazon return with Andre! He was so helpful and patient. I was greeted as soon as I came into the store. He waited while I found my QR code on my phone and printed my receipt and explained all the details on it. I’m from out of town and just googled the nearest ups store to complete a return and I’m happy my search brought me in to see Andre!

The UPS store at Erwin road is amazing. I had a great experience! The store associate Andre was so kind and helpful and he went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied!

I just wanted to leave a quick review of this location - and I never leave reviews, but am willing to do for Andre! I went in on Wednesday of last week and had the best experience at a UPS I've had in awhile. Andre was kind and helpful with a great sense of humor. His attention and quick service made it feel like I wasn't just running errands. All the staff at the Erwin Rd location were attentive, and even with a long line of people they moved through everyone's requests quickly and graciously. I will be back!

I was mailing boxes for my employer. Andre made it easy and quick. Not only that, but he was so friendly and personable. I got to check something off my to-do list and laugh with a lovely stranger all at the same time :)

This is the best UPS Store! Customer service is top notch. Everyone who works here is so pleasant and show great patience. However Andre who works at this store IS EXCEPTIONAL! He gives a warm welcome to every customer and is so professional even when the store is busy with customers to the door. I go to this store location five days a week for my job and I swear visiting this store is the best part of the work day. I always leave with a smile.

I had a fantastic experience with Andre and the woman he was working with. Andre was super friendly and helpful. I came to UPS for my Spectrum Drop-Off. Originally, I went to the store on 9th Street. That store was super unclear with instructions and then told me to come here. I'm so glad I did. This store was considerate and welcoming. 10/10 experience. Thank you, Andre!

Outstanding customer service! I came to this location to get some documents notarized and ship my taxes and the young man that helped me, Andre, was very pleasant and delightful. There was a line out of the door and he was the only person working. However, his patience and ability to multitask got me and other customers out in a very timely fashion. I will definitely be coming back to this location!!!!!!!!

Always a positive experience at this location. Customer service is prompt and efficient. Andre always goes out of his way to offer friendly service and always greets customers with a smile, whether they are pleasant or rude. I drive out of my way to use this UPS store because the employees are so friendly.

Came by to drop off a package because the store was close. Andre was such a pleasant addition to my day. He made me feel like old friends catching up!! It was busy and he treated each customer so well!! I'll be coming to this one to drop off my mail just so I can get that same energy! That's customer service!!

Just dropped off some Amazon returns here with Andre! He was great! I didn't have a box and he offered one of theirs at no charge as a courtesy, this was exceptional compared to most other ups stores. I really appreciated the customer service and positive experience here.

I stopped by this UPS store to get some documents notarized. The notary public, Andre, was simply exceptional! He was polite, friendly, and very professional. I was thoroughly impressed by the quality of service that Andre provided. I highly recommend this store.

Best UPS store I’ve ever been to!! The notary, Andre, was very accommodating and super nice. He went above and beyond and took time out of his break to sign documents for me since I was in a time crunch which I am very grateful for. Additionally, the other employees were extremely helpful and assisted me in scanning all the paperwork I needed to fill out, in addition to taking my passport photo. Definitely will be coming back!!

Went to ship a package and was met with wonderful service from Andre! It's rare to have such exceptional customer service these days, but Andre gets it. He was helpful and very friendly.

Best UPS Store experience I’ve ever had and I have quite a few since the growth of Amazon. Claudia, the service member that was working, was all by herself and was able to take care of a line out the door in the matter of 5 minutes. I had 20 returns and she was able to get them all done very swiftly so other customers didn’t have to wait. She was even operating two registers! I will drive all the way to Durham just to return at this UPS from now on!!

Andre was very prompt in helping me with my notary documents & my postal shipping. He has always been warm & welcoming. Very good customer service & highly recommended for notary & postal, especially for passport related matters

I came in to the store to get documents notarized for my internship and Andre Tyson was absolutely the most helpful and friendly person! He was very patient with me when I was confused about the process and turned the whole experience from something confusing and stressful to a very pleasant experience.
