I met Prasana initially at Rite Aid and his service there was impeccable so I followed him when he started his own pharmacy, Southpoint. I’ve been going to him for about 9 years now. There is not a situation that he cannot troubleshoot. My older parents lived here for a while, and they moved back to Arizona, but he still asks about them all the time. He is just a very genuine person, and very knowledgeable in the pharmaceutical area.

I HIGHLY recommend Southpoint Pharmacy. Prasanna and his team are very professional, helpful and offer the absolute BEST customer service around. Additionally, they have a vast selection of products, as well as a convenient location. If you're looking for a pharmacy in the Southpoint or Woodcroft area, this is it!

Great little pharmacy. Needed a specialty product and they were the only ones in the area that carried what I was looking for. Called and verified they had what I was looking for. I was greeted by the pharmacist when I arrived, one of the employees remembered my call and what I was looking for, and was very helpful. I only wish this pharmacy was closer to my home. Definitely will return when needed. Thank you!

Prasanna is extremely helpful, courteous, and kind. He pays close attention to my pharmaceutical needs, and is quick to solve any problems that may arise with prescription questions and renewals.

Wonderful pharmacy. Prasana is fabulous. We come here for vaccines. Staff is super professional and great with kids. Prasana goes out of his way to make the experience bearable for young children. They stock vaccines early in the season and I've been able to get my kids vaccinated here, consistently, where their pediatrician can't get it in stock and can't get enough kids vaccines. He's reliable and I keep coming back.

This pharmacy and the staff are phenomenal! I had been going to our local Walgreens for years and got tired of dealing with the wait/lack of customer centric approach. Making the switch to Southpoint has been really affirming. They are responsive, kind, and take the time to really help their patients. For anyone newer to the South Durham area in need of a pharmacy (or wanting a change from the bigger chains), definitely recommend making the switch. They go above and beyond to treat everyone well and it's very fast!

I had the pleasure of working with him at Rite Aid while I was in college and I know how much he cares about his customers. You won't be disappointed if you visit this place.

Great experience at this pharmacy! It's a small pharmacy and the staff was busy but they were very nice, personable, and efficient. I got my COVID booster and flu shot with minimal waiting. The pharmacist who administered them was very friendly and skilled at giving the vaccines. Pharmacies are strapped these days so I was very impressed with the experience. Thank you for the work you do and continuing to be a vital part of the community!

Prasanna Bafna is truly the best pharmacist in this area, so much that I have followed him from his previous retail employer to his independently established location. He always delivers the most compassionate care and is willing to price match or beat the prices offered elsewhere, if possible. The store and experience remind me of the small-town pharmacies that I used to visit when I lived in a more rural community 20 years ago. He even remembers your name.

My experience at this pharmacy has been incredible. Prassana is extremely polite and knows our family by memory. He is knowledgeable and getting our medications filled is always easy. In the past I would leave Walgreens feeling extremely frustrated at having to wait for a prescription I had already called in for a long time. At the end of the day, it is refreshing to see a business owner care about his customers and his customer service in this way. I highly recommend changing your prescriptions here!
