These guys are amazing! I got a new sound system installed in my jeep wrangler (5-channel amp, speakers and a sub) and I couldn't be happier. They were very transparent, knowledgeable and helpful/flexible in working with my budget. I can actually hear my music with my roof off! 100% recommend them

I can't believe I experienced about a year of riding in my car with a sound system that the bass would cut out suddenly after several minutes of driving! Well, I finally found a car stereo shop that checked out my system and fixed it. It turned out that some electric component just went out in the Phoenix Gold equalizer. It was also revealed that I had a wire draped over the engine from the sound system to the battery! Yikes - a dangerous, fire hazard! So, I was upgraded to a Kicker 800 watt Max system and after a year or so of unpredictable bass-shut-offs, I am now experiencing a reliable system that I can crank the volume and bass for the whole driving duration with peace of mind that I will enjoy the tunes fully. In addition, they installed a conveniently located bass boost knob for me to adjust the bass easily on the fly! Thank you, Auto Acoustics!

Was looking at several different head unit options. Came in spent a good amount of time in the store and talking with everyone there. Worked out the head unit, accessories and install date in about 45 minutes.

Prices are a little higher than the BigBox/bargain hunter/online only shops, but the service and follow through more than make up for it.

Wiring is neat and tied off. No rats nest behind the head unit or by the battery terminal.

Install was great, looks and sounds great. Apart from the new head unit, you can't tell these guys were there. They even cleaned up the wiring from the previous owner (bad H/U install, BT Adapter, radar detector and such).

I had a small post install problem (defective USB port) and the team at Auto Acoustics was more than happy to find a time to take a look and swap out the bad part.

Highly recommend these guys. Very knowledgeable and made easy work of an install I had significant trouble with attempting myself. 10/10 would recommend.

Great Experience! Stan and his staff did a quick diagnosis of a problem I was having with my stock Honda pilot sound system. Did a great job explaining the options and the potential risks of the solution and gave me a reasonable quote for the repair. Also Stan was incredibly knowledgeable on several accessories for my new truck. Stan and his staff know their craft!

Got my windows tinted here and they were great. Easy to set up appointment and they were right on time. Even called to remind me of appointment. It's been about a year since I first stepped foot in Auto Acoustics, when I brought in my new WRX for a complete sound system overhaul, sound deadening, window tint, and some interior lighting effects. I honestly could not be happier with the quality of the work, the equipment, and the customer service at this place. When I first got my car, I debated saving some money by buying the equipment and installing it myself with the help of some friends, but I have no regrets about letting these professionals work their magic. The were able to complete the entire initial installation for me in a single day, and that includes all the little things like re-wiring the back-up camera and the steering wheel stereo controls. The prices are fair, especially for the quality of equipment and work you get. I've had friends who know the ins and outs of installing this kind of equipment compliment on how clean the job is. These guys really know what they are doing and know all the details about the equipment they are selling, which is some of the best you can get. Since the initial installation, I've been back a half dozen times to make small adjustments and try out some other subwoofers. Every time I've gone back, they've been able to accommodate my needs, and help me make tweaks to sound deadening to make the system sound even more amazing, often without charging me any extra. It's nearing the year anniversary, and everything still sounds and looks amazing -- not a single blemish in the window tint, not a single problem with the electronics and wiring. If you are looking for sound system upgrades, window tint, or a full overhaul like I got, definitely give this place a shot. Top notch sales and service. They updated my 2010 370z with a new radio, back up cam, and front/rear cameras. High quality of equipment and work. I will be going back to update my Tundra with a more modern entertainment system. Great service, friendly people.
