Park Ridge Estates Apartments

Melissa, in the leasing office was amazing! I had 3 weeks to pack, buy a car and find an apartment!! Melissa was the reason I chose Park Ridge Estates. I trusted her completely and I’m so happy I did! I love it here, it’s so peaceful and the property is beautiful. I am 100% satisfied!

Now that I’ve been here about six months, I can give a proper review. I’m very happy with my choice. Dana was great with the leasing/move-in process. Everyone I’ve spoken with in the office has been helpful and friendly. The property is beautiful and quiet. Maintenance is fast! Every request I’ve submitted has been resolved within 24 hours.

We have been very happy with our choice to move to Park Ridge Estates. The staff, especially Milissa, have been so kind and welcoming. We love the location and safety of the area. You are close to many stores but also tucked back away from main roads so it is very quiet. There is a great walking trail just behind the apartments! Our apartment had brand new carpet, appliances, and counters when we moved in which was incredible. Overall we've been very happy with our experience thus far.

You cannot beat the beautiful wooded views, and wonderfully convenient location of Park Ridge. The apartments are clean and well maintained- I Love the wood burning fireplace! All of this, AND a superb office and maintenance staff who really care!

Just moved in this week and I am very happy. It is quiet, the grounds are nice and a maintenance issue was taken care of the day I reported it. Residents seem very nice and friendly.

Brandon was super-helpful in finding me the right apartment at Park Ridge! He's sweet, pleasant, funny and kind. Brandon went above and beyond in order to help me and he was immediately responsive to my emails and last minute requests to see additional apartments within the complex. The Park Ridge grounds themselves are extremely well-maintained and its rolling hills make the property the most picturesque complex in the Triangle!

I've lived in Park Ridge for almost a year and it's been a great experience. The best thing about this community is the office staff, who are always very friendly and helpful. The management are very communicative and honest - we get emails whenever issues do arise in the community. They also do a fantastic job maintaining the landscaping around the complex. I would recommend getting a top floor unit - don't have to worry about possible noise from upstairs neighbors and the vaulted ceilings are great. Definitely go for a tour if you're considering this community!

I moved here from out of state and one thing I was adamant about when looking for an apartment was PEST CONTROL!! I hate seeing bugs in my house but Park Ridge Estates does an amazing job at being proactive by scheduling frequent spraying so I never have to worry about seeing them. I can’t say enough good things about Park Ridge, I’m definitely glad I chose this place to call my home! :)

We get exactly what we pay for! The calm and quiet environment is the best part. We moved here for a nice environment and price. Ever since being here, we feel listened too and safe. Everyone is so friendly! Love it here.

I first took a tour of Park Ridge over a year ago prior to moving to NC. I found myself comparing every other tour to Park ridge and knew i wanted to live there. I had the privilege working with Dana who made my move in experience extremely easy. She is super friendly and welcoming which is a breath of fresh air. The property is well maintained and I love the fact i always see maintenance working on the grounds which means they take pride in their appearance.

I lived at Park Ridge for 1 year in a 1 bedroom (the larger floor plan) and it was lovely. From the initial contacts, tour, lease signing, all the way to the time I moved out, I felt so taken care of! The staff at the office and maintenance staff are incredibly warm and nice (especially Kelly!) and they always responded to my emails and requested quickly, usually in the same day. They were great with my dog who loved the maintenance and office staff. The grounds were well taken care of and my apartment was very clean upon move in. It is a relaxing, clean, and wort place and very pet friendly. I loved having close access to a number of trails, I-40, Southpoint, etc. while still living surrounded by so much nature. I would definitely rent from them again in the future if I return to apartment living!

Been at this apartment for a few years and the staff has always been helpful whether it comes to maintenance or just the odd question. Considering the area and that I first moved in from out of state without really being able to see the apartment, I’ve been plenty happy with my choice.

Park Ridge Estates - I have lived at this apartment community in Durham for ten years . I have had nothing but good experiences. The staff from office to the maintenance associates are wonderful . They are professional, helpful, friendly & make me feel very much at home . Location is key & everything you need is very close by. They have done very nice upgrades & continue to look to add things for us as residents . The pool , grill area , dog park , gym & mailroom are great things for us to have & they are also in the process of making further upgrades to dog park & another cazebo for us . I have been here & enjoy being a part of the community & just keep signing year after year . Great place to live !

We just moved out after 7 years in Park Ridge, and our time there was great. The neighborhood is gorgeous, the apartments are nice, and staff has been excellent. Maintenance is quick to fix any issues that we called in, and the office staff have always been very friendly. They do events pretty frequently, and it seems like they have a food truck in the neighborhood every week. All in all a good experience.

When we started our apt hunt in March 2020, we were very concerned about how the pandemic was going to affect this process. Right from the start, the staff at Park Ridge was genuinely friendly and accomodating. It surprised us to no end in how they helped us confidently feel ready to commit to living here. Kelly answered all of our questions and gave us up to date video recordings of the unit we were interested in. We couldn't be happier moving in May.

But not only that was amazing, the maintenance and services provided by the staff remained to be top notched. Christina and Kelly both kept in communication with us since we've moved in to help us with logistical questions and helped resolved the few things we needed someone to come look at in a very timely manner. This continues to be the case to this day!

The amenities offered by Park Ridge are great. During warmer weather, the pool was relaxing and great. The business center was super useful to print off important documents that I needed to bring with me. Lastly, the staff at Park Ridge regularly would invite food trucks and blood donation trucks to the complex. It has been super fun and interactive changing up our regular meals and also doing something while we stayed inside during this pandemic! Truly, we are very pleased with living in this community and we hope to stay here long term.

I have lived at Park Ridge for a little over 2 Years now, and I must say when weighing the options to move to another apartment or even buy a home, I chose to stay.
The apartments are WELL maintained; especially, to be an older facility. The property is super cozy with all the trees and the grounds are well kept. Super safe as well. The staff team is the cherry on top. Their response time and attentiveness is amazing! And the location is central to everything SouthPoint has to offer. The apartment amenities are nice as well.

Ms.Latonia has came and work things out and glad we she no longer have that bad manager in the office who didn’t not care are return phone call !!! Thanks once again

I've lived at Park Ridge for just over three years now. The staff is great! Molly and Matt are both incredibly friendly and make a point of keeping track of the tenants. My apartment was clean when I moved in and I have had very few problems - and the ones that I have had, work orders will fix! In the three years I've been here I have maybe seen four bugs in my apartment. Really, no complaints - and it's located near so many convenient things!

I really enjoyed my time living here. I will preface all of this by saying I have pretty high standards in terms of customer service, and Park Ridge really met my expectations.

First, the space for the price is unbeatable. I loved the layout of my unit. Although they are a little on the older end, the complex and units are well taken care of. They are making their way through upgrades and renovations, so it shows that they are really trying to stay up to date. The property is clean and quiet. There is a nice, cozy secluded feeling to the area. Yet, it is in such a convenient location - shopping centers, restaurants, highway, health services, etc.

Second, the staff are very responsive and great communicators. They got back in a timely manner and I didn't have to follow up for anything or repeatedly have to ask. They were very on top
of it. Every maintenance request I put in was dealt with within the next day.

The only things I had issues with were the trash, sunlight, and internet, most of these were not in their control. For trash, our unit was very far away from the trash/recycling so it was inconvenient at the worst. Due to the location/direction of my unit, I did not get a while lot of sunlight, however, the windows are huge and would allow a lot of light in if facing the south/east/west. Lastly, spectrum is just god awful to deal with. There have been a handful of times where I had no internet service for periods of time. They kept on saying that they issue was the wiring/routing within the building and they couldn't do much to fix it...

Overall, I have really liked living here and would have continued if I wasn't moving out of the area.

After our old apartment was bought out by a new property management company and quality went sharply down, we knew we wanted to live in another PRG-managed community and found Park Ridge. The entire Park Ridge Estates team has been incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our entire residency, from the time we first toured to now, over a year into our lease. They are always prompt to respond to emails, maintenance is always quick and friendly, and they put on events and contests - from food trucks to photo contests to bbq cookouts - that actually make this feel like a community and not just a place where I live. I love you Park Ridge, please never change!
