Don't know why you'd go to a Lowe's or Home Depot when a little local hardware store like this is more knowledgeable, friendlier and more often has exactly what you want.

We have done business with Triangle Pharmacy & Hardware since they 1st opened. Their pharmacy and staff are 1st rate. Triangle folks get to know you and they are friends.

Times when I visit this store I have no idea of really what I’m getting or where to find it (lol). I don’t come here often but when I do I feel very welcomed by staff and they immediately try to help get what I need. Today was a great experience. I was searching for a meat thermometer and while I was making sure I had the right thing - one lady led me to the isle to make sure there weren’t better options and the other researched the product I had originally picked out to see if it would work for what I needed it for. It’s so nice to visit and establishment where customer service is their #1 priority. Outstanding every time.

Great place for help with Stihl chainsaws. In addition to lots of Stihl parts & accessories (& non-Stihl options), assistant manager Avery Shields is a HUGE resource. Very, very knowledgeable, helpful & patient. (I think he went to Stihl school.) Super customer service! It's also my go-to local store for tools, fasteners, parts, and knowledgeable service. Theresa, Don, and the entire crew know their stuff. Fantastic place!

Triangle ACE Hardware is well stocked and well staffed with knowledgeable sales associates and are locally owned and operated. I try to support them as much as possible. I understand their goods may not be as inexpensive as the big box stores but their staff is amazing and well worth the pricing.

I love shopping here! They have everything you could need in both hardware, gardening, and pharmacy items. And always plenty of staff ready to help you find it! There is usually someone knowledgeable enough to answer DIY questions too. And they offer some extra services, like small engine repair, re-screening, and blade-sharpening.

We had recently purchased exercise equipment which required some assembly, and one of the screws that came with the product was not properly threaded. Because no extras were provided, we had to get a replacement on our own. The representative we worked with was very kind and quick to find just the right size so we could finish the assembly!

I stop by Ace hardware the other day and I was looking for something specific and the guy named Avery when I'm above and beyond to try to find me that particular item that I needed he didn't have any stock called another store see if they had it in stock all I have to do is just drive over there and it's waiting at the counter for me I don't get this kind of service at home Depot or Lowe's or any of those other stores I'm going to make Ace hardware like go to store from now on the entire staff at this location is amazing. Thanks Ace hardware.

Called to see if they had a 7/16 20 tap. He went and verified one was in stock. Drove there and purchased it. The store is clean and seems larger than some Ace Hardware stores. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Great place to get prescriptions. Pharmacists are very friendly and not overworked. We have never had a mistake in any of our medications dispensed here. Also a great hardware store with lots of things you can't find even at the big box hardware stores

I shop here every few months for stuff I need on DIY projects. Every single time I stop by, the staff are always incredibly friendly and quick to offer help. Seriously, the staff here always seems to be the best experience. As a hiring manager myself, it makes me think they've figured out the secret to hiring awesome people. Just genuinely nice people who seem to enjoy their job and the sense of helping customers.

Their selection of product is great and their prices are good as well. Because of this I always prefer them to big boxes like Lowes or Home Depot. In fact, there's been times they have things I need that Lowes didn't have.

This place has been open since I was a kid. It is one of the last places that has the small-town Durham feel I remember and love. Missy is amazing — Triangle Ace over any big box store.

I love coming into Ace, specifically this location. I came in today with the goal of finding two specific screws I needed for a project. As soon as I walk in, I am immediately greeted, and asked if I need any help. Once I say what I need, I am immediately attended to. The man who helped me out found the ones I needed within a minute or so, and he even walked me to my car to test out the screws in the project I brought with me. After checking out, I felt so happy that I had chosen to come in. It can be so overwhelming to walk into a Lowe's or Home Depot. I am so appreciative for this store, and the associates who work there.

This is the best pharmacy in the Triangle. The pharmacists care so much about each customer. They offer vaccines too. There is also an ACE hardware store. It is so convenient. In addition, the sell lots of local products which is really neat.

Very convenient hardware store and pharmacy. For a small store (compared to Lowes or Home Depot) the usually have what I need, even if not in the variety I'm accustomed to.

My only complaint is the staff is a little too helpful. I like to browse and think about my various projects and the fervent insistence in which help is proffered interrupts my train of thought far too often and deeply. No, you can't help me find what I'm looking for because I do not know what I'm looking for and have no interest in filling you in on my project. Let me shop in peace.

What a great experience!! Product selection was impressive and far better than expected. Prices were comparable to larger stores and the staff were extremely nice and acted as if they actually wanted to help me. I also appreciated their commitment to safety during the covid quarantine. I left feeling positive instead of thinking, "get me out of here!" Ace will now be my go-to hardware (and more) store!

Great service, good prices. Bought my first chainsaw, and I was very nervous about getting it and using it. They had an employee named Theresa who showed me how to use it safely and how to maintain it, making me feel much more confident. Another employee helped me get it registered for the warranty. On top of that, if you have a military or veteran ID you get an additional 5% off. Definitely need to shop there more often for some of my hardware and yard care needs!
