Oh my goodness I just got the fastest service from James. I was greeted by Jasmine and was checked out by Que and this store was amazing. I always come to this location and I'm glad the staff is still so friendly. Great Job. Keep people who care about their career in our community stores.

I read the reviews before going and everyone was right. TERRIBLE customer service. I guess the black lady with the bad wig was the supervisor, but she was ghetto and cursing at her staff.

Rude staff. Walked in, no one spoke. No one offered to help us although I was standing at the register with shoes in my hand needing a size. They look right through you. The customer service is a joke.

This is the worst place to shop. Everyone is on the phone ignoring you , or just mad to be at work. Wanted to buy for my kids, I wouldn't give that store a penny. Just horrible service

I will never come back here I ask if they could Measure my kids size shoes I had to do that my self.i asked the guy about a shoe I wanted for my daughter he looked in the back and said we don’t have that size but we have another shoe just like the one I had I said ok I wanted that shoe he acted like he didn’t hear me.i will never go back there I just walked out they are not help just fire the whole staff.

DTLR is the worst business is Durham. Asked the manager at the store about a shoe release he nonchalantly lies about sneakers that were coming in via UPS as we had the discussion. I don’t understand why they don’t wanna sell Jordans anymore.

I was overcharged brought receipt & tag and was never refunded!

Never a pleasant visit. Nobody speaks. As if you are bothering them if you have question.
