I started with John Moore when I moved back to NC. In the beginning there were some strange quirks with the car I bought in the State Farm underwriting system.

I was frustrated and annoyed. I am giving Mr. Moore and his team 5 stars, because his staff was professional and courteous, even during this difficult period. State Farm fixed its glitch and Mr. Moore and the entire office are my team for NC.

All I can say is WOW! First class service from start to finish! We described our needs and we were educated on the various products and policies available to us. Who knew there were so many financial options and benefits when purchasing insurance? There is even an app to manage our policies and make payments! For those less tech friendly, there is always a REAL person available to speak with to navigate any questions or concerns. WORLD CLASS SERVICE! You have a customer for life. Thank you!

It would have gotten 5 stars if it was clearer how to get in. I drove in circles for about 15 minutes and then took another ten walking around the building. Great people, very helpful. It was the only place in durham that offered an indemnity bond.
