Great service! The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Helped me out with everything. It took more than an hour due to the long process but they were very helpful. Also gave me some "T-Mobile swag".

Patrick was awesome!! Very personable, very knowledgeable of T-mobile products. He was extremely attentive & professional. The experience was one of my best. All of the employees at this location were great; great team.

Patrick was great ! He’s been the first to assist my father with finding the screen protector he needed, while other automatically say no. From us calling the store, to personally installing for us he was really nice and helpful!

I am so excited I got my phone in the mail today and I went over to the T mobile store in Durham1533 Glen school road.
Wes and Damion are the coolest the best T mobile experts. I came in and they set me up with no problem. They are so good with people. They were able to muti task by taking care of me and my issues and take care others. I can not say enough my experience was excellent.

Michael at the Glen school rd was exceptionally awesome. He has helped many people keeping everyone happy while still helping his team mates as well. Thanks Michael for your great customer service.

It was early. I showed up the store wasn't open yet. The two workers Kevin and Wes were outside pulling up to work and they approached me to make sure they knew what I was coming in for. Wes worked hard to open the store while Kevin helped me get my questions answered. Great service!

Love this location!!! I called to check there hours, the representative I spoke with was polite and professional although I didn't get a chance to meet him when I arrived Damon assisted me and provided excellent customer care.

Wes exemplifies professionalism and knowledge about T Moblie and it's products. He assisted my daughter with a lengthy task while still addressing the needs of customers entering the store.
