Rite Aid

Stopped in this rite aid on our way to Virginia. Was specifically looking for tiger balm and couldn’t find it. Although it was out of stock, the associate working- Steven - was very helpful. He knew of two places in the store it could be located and helped me look for it. I NEVER leave reviews but this associate had awesome customer service skills. He greeted everyone when they came into the store and as they were leaving told them to have a great night and to stay safe in weather. He knew where everything in the store was and he was very kind a personable. Very great at his job. It honestly was a refreshing experience! Steven deserves a raise!!!

I transferred my prescriptions from Walgreens because of the long wait time, issues getting my medication in and they now close early on weekdays & have no weekend hours. Rite Aid dealt with transferring my rxs promptly... they were on time, no waiting in line, and friendly staff.

This rite aid has had very polite and helpful staff for the whole ten years I've lived here. They have great sales and many are unadvertised, 75% price slashed off products that people use and need. It is clean, lots of space and the extra services they offer, such as photo processing and the pharmacy, are professional and above average.

The Pharmacy staff is the most helpful i have ever met. They're always willing to work with me to get all my sons meds in order. Very pleased!

Recently, I stopped by to shop in your store when I locked my keys in my car. I would like to compliment your employee, Hunter, for going out of his way to help me with my crisis. He is to be commended. I will shop in your store more frequently because of the kindness of your management and employees.

Everyone who works here is so nice. When you walk in the door you are always greeted. We use the pharmacy a lot and the staff always goes out of their way to make it an easy and pleasant experience.

Thank you so much to the pharmacy staff for going above and beyond in helping me with medicine for my infant! Both the pharmacist and checkout person were more than friendly and helpful.

The pharmacist is extremely helpful and goes out of her way to help. I recommend this particular Rite Aid in Chester, MD if you want quick and and helpful service.

Best Pharmacy

Popped in to Rite Aid tonight with the wife. This is her one stop for Physicians Formula cosmetic products. The store was exceptionally clean and the staff was extremely helpful. I was amazed at the large selection of products that are available here. If you need any type of card, birthday, sympathy, special occasion, ect...just go here because the selection is HUGE! I observed the pharmacy being extremely helpful to a customer and our cashier was great. Need ice cream...large selection of Haagen-Daas can be found here. There is so much here I recommend everyone stop in and take a tour...

They are nice vut they tell you it takes 15 minutes when they take over an hour with no cuatomers

Awful the Worst pharmacy on kent island! They have the most incompetent staff, and they over charge!!
Fill your prescriptions elsewhere, save yourself hassle, time and money!!

Since relocating to the area several years ago, we’ve used this location and had consistent positive experiences with several pharmacy employees which has been awesome. However, there are two gentlemen who are so rude, it’s unbelievable! They don’t say “Hello,” they say “Yeah?”and they’ve been perpetually unhelpful multiple times over the years, as well as generally unpleasant. But yesterday was the worst lack of customer service I’ve ever received! I went through the drive through and had my sick child in the back (she was out of school and awaiting the results of a Covid test so I didn’t want to bring her in the store.) I asked for Rite Aide brand Benadryl (our dog was having an allergic reaction, his eyes were severely swollen&his vet tech said he needed Benadryl) and the the man, maybe named “Hahn,” said “No!” He refused to get it for me. I said there’s a sign in the window that says over-the-counter meds will be sold. He said they were swamped and he would not be getting me anything! Mind you I was the only one in the drive through and there was no one in the store and the parking lot was abandoned. Although the ladies in the department are beyond professional, kind, and competent, there have been too many instances of like so this is the final; my family of five will be taking our business elsewhere.

The WORST pharmacy I’ve evert been too... The pharmacist in the back are completely unprofessional talking about another doctor they didn’t like. Never will I shop there again!!!

Would give zero stars if I Could. Pharmacy department was not at all helpful getting insurance authorization for prescription.
