Accent floors just installed hickory flooring in our new home. The entire experience - start to finish - was fantastic. There was an issue with the supply chain which Matt immediately addressed to keep us on schedule. We were out of town during installation. They sent pictures daily. They exceeded all our expectations. We LOVE our new floors!

This is my 2nd time using Accent Floor. The first time, they repaired a botched job by another contractor. As they say, you get what you pay for. This time, they refinished the floors of our newly purchased home. Their work is exceptional! My POC was Rob, who was extremely professional, responsive, and flexible in working around our painting contractor. It's so nice to feel that you can trust your contractor will follow through and complete the job to meet your expectations. Accent Floor will be definitely be my go-to for flooring projects in the future.

I had a great experience from consultation to the completion of project. I got hardwood stairs installed on stairs, hallway, and masterbed to match first floor. Thanks, Matt, for being patient with me and answering all my questions. Warren and his team did an amazing job and I am very pleased with the results. I would definitely recommend to others!

Accent Hardwood Flooring did a great job on our floors. We appreciate them answering our email questions quickly prior to the work. The week of the project, they provided a schedule of what to expect and when they would arrive and finish each day.

Accent laid hardwoods in our living room, stairs, and second floor hallway over two days. They worked quickly and neatly and were very responsive to our questions. We are very pleased with the final product!

Matt and team were outstanding from start to finish. There were several intricacies to the project as we were matching new material to 15 year old wood, but they did a fantastic job and used a no VOC sealer that looks fantastic. They were responsive and treated our project like we were family. Highly recommend!

Absolutely beautiful product from a company so easy to work with! From initial quote to final product we couldn't have been happier with our experience. We had many questions along the way when considering refinishing our red oak floors. The folks at Accent, specifically Robert, did an outstanding job presenting our options, pricing, and timeline. Great job. They were always prompt, professional, friendly, careful, answered questions and my floors look great. It was worth the effort in moving the furniture out. I was expecting dust, but had none except on the furnace filters (which are in the house). The guys showed up at 7:45 am each morning, and I was able to get back in the house and walk on the floors (in socks) by late afternoon. Really nice job.

We decided to change from carpet to hardwood flooring in our master bedroom and walk in closet. I contacted Accent Flooring ( Genie Smith). She came out to our house and evaluated our project. She had the work completed within 2 weeks. The floors our beautiful and match the flooring throughout our home. Professional, dependable, and talented.

Accent repaired the 100 year old floors in my home and refinished all the floors. I am happy with the results. They were able to source salvaged wood in order to match the existing floors to repair sections of the floor with severe water damage. The floors look a lot better now.

The only thing that would have made this better would have been a better job cleaning up greasy hand marks on the walls after the job was done.

I was very happy with the results of the floor repair in my kitchen. Some of the engineered floor planks were buckling due to a sink overflow that caused the glue to fail. The problem was correctly diagnosed by the estimator and the problem corrected by the flooring technician. The repair was completed quickly and the cost was was very reasonable. I can highly recommend Accent Hardwood Flooring.

Accent Hardwood Flooring did a fantastic job at our house. We had had several contractors ghost on us in the past. Not these guys. They were courteous, communicative, on-time, and did high quality work. They even assisted us in a disagreement we had with our insurance company who wanted to take a damaging approach. If you want to find a company whose approach is to always do a good job for the customer, look no further.

Matt and his crew were awesome! Got quotes from a few different companies but none beat their value and expertise! We will definitely be using them for any future hardwood floor needs!

We have been dreaming of beautiful hardwood floors and Accent delivered. From the first contact they helped us with the process - recommended flooring - fit the installation around our family’s schedule.- completed in a very timely manner. My teenager will now proudly have friends to the house because our floors are so nice. Price was right for us too. Highly recommend Accent for hardwood installation.

We are well pleased with the results of our oak hardwood flooring repair. We had a refrigerator leak and the floor had buckled. The repairmen came quickly and on time each day and did an outstanding job on refinishing the floors. My wife is very pleased and that pleases me!! Rich C.

Accent Flooring did an outstanding job installing new hardwood flooring throughout our second level, including stairwell. We did not need to use that space during installation, so there was no disruption for us. We had a minor dent in one or two pieces, and Accent Flooring took action immediately to repair it. The company gave us a very reasonable quote, and they completed the job on time. We highly recommend Accent Flooring.

Accent did a great job on our floor repair. They patched a section that had been damaged by water and it looks great. The guys worked hard and did a great job with clean-up. Will definitely use Accent again!
