They always have great sales, and you should get on the email or text list. Bought house shoes and bambo steamer and incredible discount. I had to return an item and they bent over backwards to take care of it
Great customer service. You have to self shop the item you are looking for, staffing is an issue for everyone!

Target gave in to the haters and removed all their LGBTQ friendly clothes. Macy’s has stood their ground. Wonderful display right at the entrance.

I only went to Macy's to look, but they always have something nice that catches the eyes!!! Oh they had some nice Colognes and perfumes. And who can resist the jewelry.. I couldn't. Whatever you can't find in the store, the associates are more than happy to help you find online or at another store. They can order it for you and have it shipped directly to your home. Mark, a very nice young man at the Jewelry counter, helped me do just that.

Deanna in women’s wear was beyond helpful. I called about several items, she took time to answer each question and look up information. She is exceptional!

Went there for a specific item. We were waited on by a lady that was new who was extremely helpful as well as the manager who helped. Will definitely being going back there.

First off I wanted to let people be aware that the happy gift cards for Macys and other places have not been working. How I know this was because my giftcard I received for my birthday did not work. The cashier had told me that it happened 3 times to people with Happy Gift Cards, so just beware, it might resolve itself within time. Anyways I’m giving this store location a 5 star review for the staffs amazing effort, time, and patience. Cashier Miguel and his manager were truly amazing! I really appreciate them taking the time to help me out. I feel like people usually complain more then say good things in retail. I really hope they’re acknowledged for their excellent customer service! Thank you Macy’s team!!!

I like shopping at this particular store. I've been shopping here since coming to Sarasota. I know many of the associates by name. They are always knowledgeable, helpful and never pushy. I met Nicole today in the Ralph Lauren dept. She did sway me to buy a sweater which I will likely never wear but I couldn't resist because it was deeply discounted and it will look fabulous hanging in my closet anyway. Thanks for your help today Nicole!

Yes, it is truth, Macy's is not what used to be, sadly the internet is ruining all these amazing stores that in the past they gave us so much joy. How ever, every time I can I go and support our small Macy's I want to mention this particular employee by the name Ericka, I have the time to observed at her while waiting for my turn, she was the only employee in the lady's shoes department, she had a big number of customers waiting for her to ring their purchases and to bring their shoes sizes, in the whole time she maintain her smile, professionalism, and make everybody feel like a important customer. When it was my turn, she explain to me all the offers available to me so I could take advantage of the sales. These 5 stars are for Ericka. Thank you Macy's.

Xfinity watch and jewelry repair is directly across from Macy's, Todd's service is phenomenal to say the least! You must try him and you will never be disappointed by his work.

I love LOVE Macy's! Unfailingly, I find gems there. But then Macy's has been my retailer long enough for me to state--with no equivocation--that it honestly stands by whatever it sells. This time I went to the infant department where I found the cutest newborn sneakers, a set of tiny sox and a soft all cotton casual outfit for our expected latest family addition. Did I say I love Macy's? Darn right!

We went there Friday night to get a jacket for a cruise. Left with two jackets, slacks, athletic wear and socks. Maddy the representative in the men's area were showing us some of the deals of the day and couldn't pass on the deals. She even got us a coupon to get some additional cash off. She went off to get us covers for the jackets just being nice. Prices and service was much better than I would expect

Wow.. Amazing help and customer service.. this is why you should still shop in a retail store.
