I love this place. They have keys for days. I saw a key look like it was made in the 70's. Anyhow, my service was great! I took my door lock in because I could not find my keys and the young gentleman was able to re produce a key for my door lock in less than 30 minutes. I am impress☺. I would loose my keys all over again just to get the same service. O, and I did not brake the bank either. My new go to place for all my keys.😉

Great customer service! One of a few old shops in town that give u a really welcome feeling. They helped get me the best price for my key replacement that I know I couldn't get anywhere else. They are truly a 5-star shop!

I needed a copy of my suzuki motorcycle key. Not something I could just get a copy of at Lowe's I found out. The staff at PK&S was fast and friendly. My copy was accurate. They didn't have to " try again". I was on my way in 5 minutes.

This man deserves this recognition. He was great on the phone. Quoted my job, gave me a reasonable time frame, drove to my house in a terrible storm, and had the truck fixed in under 5 minutes after arriving at my home. I'm sold. I'll refer him to anyone I know, I'll call him again for any lock troubles I may have, and I'll pay him on the back any time I see him... He's great.

The best place to get a lost key

We searched out Panhandle Key and Safe for an auto key. After some years of heavy use and abuse, our clicker was doing some interesting things. Staff explained what was causing it and gave accurate pricing over the phone well below car dealership costs. When I went in, the needed item was in stock and we were done in 10 minutes or so at the quoted price. Everyone was friendly. In the time I was there I saw satisfied customers with a suitcase that needed a key made to unlock and use, a door lock someone handy brought in whole because a key was broken off in it which was quickly fixed, and a basic key replacement. We will be using their services again the next time we need a locksmith.

I've used them several times before and they always treated me good,unfortunately they couldn't help me with my last problem. It was something beyond there control, but I would recommend them to anyone in a heart beat. Thanks for your help.

Definitely the best in the panhandle. Been around for years. I take all my tricky stuff to them. I go get my Mom's stuff from Okaloosa County and bring it to them. There that good👍.

Great customer service here. Fair prices. They were able to make a scooter key that no other place I've been to even had a blank for. They've rekeyed several locks for me and the keys always work. Highly recommend them.

I have received exceptional service today from Michael. He went far beyond his job today to help me with my key. I respect this employee because he made sure my expectations were met. He treated me the way customers are supposed to be treated. It's hard to find good employees like that.
I am also impressed with the prices. I have one of those keys that has to be laser cut and talking with people I heard you could easily spend $50 or more. But I walked out of there today spending less than $50. I will definitely recommend people to you guys.

They're a great place to have keys made as well as their customer service is outstanding. When you walk in the door they immediately asked what they can do to help you. They don't let anyone just stand there without being acknowledged.

These folks set the benchmark for most any lock, key and safe situations. I'll never visit another key kiosk at any store after dealing with this level of skill. They cut a new key for my 07' F250 without a key code or using my old key! Then they told me what my key code is! What else could you even ask for? Seriously, local folks that do it right. No brainer.

I will never go anywhere else for keys or safes. I immediately felt right at home and none of my questions were treated as dumb (even though they might have been!). Karen and the rest of the crew are top-notch, helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Prices are very reasonable, too.
