I had a terrible experience with Wells Fargo who I was with for 4 years. I ran into income issues and I had to use their overdraft protection to pay for bills and groceries. They started pulling from my charge card! I didn’t know about overdraft protection because I never had to use it! Then it snowballed from there until I owed them so much on the charge! I couldn’t use Zelle either! I wish I would have come to Tyndall a year ago! They are always so helpful, compassionate and caring! I’m still a little confused with it because they do things the old way, like giving your checks back when you pay a bill, which is wonderful! I’ve only been with them since December of 2022, so it will take me a bit to figure things out. Thank you to everyone there! A very grateful member! Teckla

We always have good report with the Parker Branch of TFCU. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable each and every time. The line was extremely long yesterday but went rapidly. I would highly recommend this credit union if you are eligible.

What can I say that would be any different. I have been a member for 40 years and have always had excellent service from the employees. Today was no exception. Went thru the drive-up, drove up, and within just a few minutes I was on my way. Had the same experience a few days ago. Thanks to all the hard working employees.

I went inside the parker branch to place a check order. I was greeted by name and ask if I needed any other service that reminded me that i needed cash. Before I left I was ask how my son was doing after being in the hospital. That is the personal touch that keeps me a member of TFCU! I like the design of the branch.

I've been a member of this bank for 45 years.always great service, never had a problem.they really look out for there customers.very professional.miss Debbie.

I tried to use the ATM on Tyndall PKWY, but one had a sign that it wasn't dispensing cash so tried the other one, it took my card and I got to the next screen..three choices on each side. It did not accept and choice I made so cancelled operation and tried again, same results so some I had a sleeping grandchild got in the drive thru lane, I told the teller they were both not operating, she thanked me. I noticed when passed back by in about 10 minutes someone was working on the ATMs

Great Credit Union, with good rates, and friendly Teller's and Representatives, they always take care of any issue's promptly, definitely happy to be a TFCU member.

I've been a member since 1971 they have always taken good care of me when I had two loans in that and they have been working with us during the pandemic and after the Michael the storm

Both Customer Service and Cashiers were courteous and professional. Problems with the new banking app were acknowledged and I was assured that they are addressing the issues.

I've had my TFCU account for over 25 years. Great service, convenient ATM locations and great services.

Always courteous and helpful at Callaway, Lynn Haven and PC Beach locations. Tyndall AFB location needs improvement.
