Definitely recommend!! My husband and I walked in Saturday to see what options we had to get a reliable vehicle. We went over our options and came back Monday to finalize everything. Such a sweet and helpful couple. They did everything they could to work with us and help us come home with a new vehicle.

This is a cute family ran shop and they were so great to me. I came in with a Chapter 7 BK issue where I needed a vehicle very soon and I was having trouble getting approved without a co-signer. The team at EJ’s chatted with me about the process and my situation and after I submitted a credit application and I was a happy to see their lenders worked with me. I had to make a slightly larger down payment than I originally hoped for but it was all worth it. I’ve never had such a fast car buying process before (but I was also prepared with my paystubs and lease digitally available on my phone). If they have a vehicle you’re interested in, or if you have a blemished credit report give EJ’s a try, they are lovely, down to earth people.

My family had a great experience working with EJ's. Concierge service on the loan and all the paperwork. We really appreciate all they did to make the deal happen on the truck we wanted.

Just bought my second car from them. The car I had from them before has been running great for years and has not been in the shop once. My wife before we got married had a car from them. And her friend had bought a car from them. Both which also run great without any problems. That is why I decided to give them a shot and buy a car from them. And I was so impressed. I just bought another one from him yesterday. These guys sell quality cars that you can trust will run without problems. Very friendly staff that really cares about you. I would give them more stars if Google would allow more than five. This place is outstanding.

My boyfriend and I just purchased a Honda Civic with these guys and had a great experience! At first we were looking at a different car but had trouble getting financing for it but these guys worked diligently to try and get financing for a car for us. We were finally able to get financing for a different car and cannot be more than happier with this new car. Thanks guys for all your hard work and we are very happy with our new car!

Updated::: They made the buying process quick and painless BUT on day #8 of driving the truck it broke down on the side of the road coming back from Mexico Beach. Called a tow truck and called EJ. Kept in contact with Ej as he said “well let me know what the mechanic says and the prices to get it fixed”. $1300.00 in parts, $1500.00 in labor and 2 new batteries that we were told was being replaced before we even started the buying process which never was and 3 weeks later my husband is now driving his truck again. He called EJ, not expecting anything from him but hoping, possibly, that he would offer to even pay for part of it or reimburse a little bit but after being on hold for 5-10 minutes for EJ and then the call being “disconnected” and no one answering when we he called back he knew the right thing wasn’t going to get done.

We fully understand that buying from a used car lot is a chance BUT you also don’t go to a car lot and hand them $3500.00 in cash and a check for almost $23,000.00 just to have to turn around a week later and put another +$3000.00 into it just to be able to drive it.

After this experience I don’t believe we will do further business with Ejs Auto World nor will we send people to them. Kind of disappointed from the whole thing. They know we have a baby on the way and they seemed like really great people. Just goes to show first impressions aren’t everything.

My husband and I just bought a F250 Super Duty from Ej. Best car buying process that we have been through. Christy made everything as easy as possible, did all the hard work with the banks and keeping in contact with them for us. Made the paperwork signing fast and painless, lol. Both of them were very very friendly. The truck was clean and ready for us to drive off the lot. Will definitely be a first go to when we have to buy another vehicle since we have 2 kids coming up to driving age.

Looking for a new to you, used car. Stop by and check out Ej's Auto World. They have a very nice salection of used cars. We looked at a Cadillac at 10:30 and own it by 11:30. You will not find that kind of service any where else. Thanks Christy we like our new ride.

To start off this was my first car purchase from a lot.
They really took care of me.
I was a little short on cash at the time and they let me split it up between two payments.
And then they let me file my taxes with them to pay the rest of the down deposit and i rode off the lot the same day.
And to top it off everyone there was very kind and explained everything to me in detail to make sure i understood everything.

I would deffinitly recommend to my friends and family.

Excellent to work with in every way. We traveled from Dothan/Ft Rucker because EJs had the year make and model we were looking for. There was no typical "used car salesman" pressure or sales pitch. They showed us the CARFAX, we agreed upon a price and they even happily let us have our mechanic in Enterprise, AL inspect the vehicle with a good faith down payment which we thought was above and beyond most used car dealers. Even though we can afford almost any new car we want we like the value of a well maintained low mileage used car and that is what EJs specializes in. Highly recommend!
