Booked massages for a bachelorette group and they went above and beyond to make us feel special. The facility was nice and the massages were amazing! Would definitely go back.

Place is so serene absolutely enjoyable. Little mixed signals and confused on the changing area and lounge whether it was for both males and females or what but besides that. My message by Garrett was great very relaxing. I was told twice use the amenities but the girl desk then said you didn't buy the amenities package so confused. All in all though glad I got full body message

made myself a spa day today. I was greeted in the early afternoon by Sabrina. She was very nice, walked me through the spa, showed me where everything was. After that I relaxed in the lounge till Brandi came and got me for an hour massage. She did a great job and couldn't ask for more. She was attentive and professional. After that I went and got my pedicure with Feli. Now she was funny, and we had great conversation skills. After that I spent some time in the spa using the hot tub and saunas. I would highly recommend this place, and might do another spa day next year.

I have never been to a spa and was super excited for my visit. Gayla was at the front desk and was extremely nice and helpful. She gave me the full tour of the spa and made me feel at home. My massage was done by Chelsey. She was absolutely amazing. Very kind, friendly, and accommodating. Dezi did my facial, and it was a very relaxing experience. Mendia finished up my spa day with a mani/pedi and some great conversation. My expectations were blown out of the water with these wonderful ladies. Thank you so much for an incredible day!

My husband and I had a spa session on Thanksgiving week. The staff was fantastic and the service was excellent. Highly recommend it. We also had pedicures with Amalia, she was excellent, very attentive and friendly. We never had such an amazing pedicure experience. Wish we lived in Florida so we could go do this more often. :)

Great spa with a big list of services. Also comes with the ability to use their sauna, steam room, whirlpool. Those services are separated between Male and Female so you can't enjoy those services if you were to go as a couple. Personally the Steam room at the time was too hot to use for more 5 minutes at a time. And spa personal did indicate that facility services have looked into that as other customers shared similar feedback.

Additionally the outdoor pool and hot tub is available as part of the spa as well.

Had a 50 minute light to moderate massage. It felt really good. Loved the oils that she used. Was given a mimosa to start the spa experience and also used the whirlpool!

Wow, was I blown away! This is truly a day spa with all the amenities! I am tired of going to a day spa only to sit and wait in a lobby for a massage and then be sent on my way immediately after. They have a hot tub, sauna, steam room in the ladies lounge area. They're is another hot tub out by the huge pool. We were told about a heated pool at the hotel if we wanted to use it but we were fine staying in the lounge. Lunch was brought to us on a lovely tray from the restaurant. Lockers were available to keep our belongings safe. I just can't get over how wonderful this experience was. We will definitely be back!

I always enjoy my experience here. Between Olga and Natalie who could ask for more in a spa. As soon as you walk in the main door, the catering begins. Olga has warm greetings and provides excellent customer service. Natalie is beyond outstanding and makes a massage a true escape. Thank you both for being so kind and making every trip I have here great.

Today I received the best pedicure I have ever had by Amalia! She took her time with me and made it very relaxing and enjoyable. This will definitely be my new place to come for my pedicures. Thank you!

I came here for my birthday in April and I had a wonderful time. The staff was professional and friendly, facilities were clean and organized and all of the services was a 10/10. I would recommend anyone to go to the spa and I plan on coming back very soon!

Not your average pedicure!!! Amalia was so knowledgeable and professional! She not only did a great job on my hands and feet, but she explained to me how to *properly* care for my feet and nails. Amalia is obviously very passionate about this aspect of human health, and I can't wait to see her again!

Third time here and This is the only SPA to even think about spending a day at in PCB. All the amenities, private, quiet, provide some snacks, and the massages are always great….staff is 6/5 stars and keep the lounges tidy…small note* some eucalyptus for the steam room would be top notch* thank you Serenity Spa

What a FABULOUS spa! The staff were absolutely wonderful and I feel so pampered. I can't wait to go back. Amalia did such a great job on my mani/pedi and my massage therapist was outstanding!

My mother and I have both been put thru the ringer with the loss of my husband and my dad 9 days apart in August of 2020 so the massage we got during our vacation was a much needed and well worth the money experience! Thank you Chelsea for rubbing our a lot of sadness!

Absolutely amazing. We were waited on hand and foot. This place has it all. Great friendly staff,Mimosas,Hot tubs, saunas and I had the best massage in my life. Best experience ever.
