They had our mower for almost a year and were supposed to be looking at the belt and deck. When we finally got ahold of them they were going to look for our mower and call us back another 2 weeks passed and no call my husband finally went up there and they found our mower and said to come back next day then told him it would be 200 dollars for a new carburetor that it didn't need. So husband just loaded mower and brought it home. We will not take anything up there ever again. Very unprofessional. Also, when I called up there to check on it son got very rude with me and was just disrespectful completely to me making it seem as though it was my fault and at one point said they had to find our mower they didnt know if they even had it.

Took my mower to them and after nearly three months all they could tell me was the engine was beyond repair. I loaded the mower up, still tore down, and took it elsewhere. Horrible customer service. Most of the people that work there act like they don't care. Ask too many questions and they get defensive. Wish it were possible to give no stars. Every time I've used them I have come away regretting it.

Bought mower owner was worthless on fixing it. Had to go to another dealer.
