Jennifer working late night drive thru is a must experience! Positive attitude, friendly, great customer service with personality to shine! I work customer service myself and it’s very hard to find! Thank you Jennifer for making this experience positive and welcoming!…also shout out to the kitchen staff! Phenomenal job!! It’s been a very long time since a fast food restaurant got my entire order correct! They actually know how to prepare food correctly! The taco actually looked like a taco and the toppings were proportionate. Keep up the good work yall! The quality of food and service were definitely exceptional!

It was late and a storm had just blown through and Ashdown was out of electricity. I drove to Texarkana to see about something to eat. The employee was very patient with me and my long order. She was so nice. Definitely made me smile.

Well, we decided to break from the norm and take a short road trip. It's less than a two hour drive, and the rain had finally moved on. So...let's get to it.

I mean, it's Taco Bell. You either like it, or you don't. Really no in-between about it. We like, dare I say, love it? We have no issues running for the border, if you know what I mean.

Anyway, when my mom was pregnant with me, she craved Taco Bell bean burritos with extra onions and green sauce instead of red sauce. If you're young, ask me what this green sauce is about, and I'll tell ya. So, she ate them a lot and that's where I got my love of the Taco Bell bean burritos. Unfortunately hey don't have the green sauce like they used to. But, I digress.

This Taco Bell is literally "on the border" of Arkansas and Texas. Stationary on the Trxas side, the entrance/exit isn't very easy to use, but you can manage if you are patient. They offer a military discount, MUST show ID.

Now, my wife told me they have a pretty good steak quesadilla. So I decided to try it out. Yep, she wasn't lying. Pretty darn good. Get it with extra onions and you'll be good to go. I also enjoy their crunchy tacos...it just seems like you have to et them hot and fresh or you might be a little disappointed later. A handful of sauce and I'm set.

I'm going to finish up with this: I wish I had caught the young lady's name, but nonetheless, she was an absolute gem. Great customer-service with a good smile and attitude.

Yes, I would definitely recommend this location. And, yes, we will visit again when we're down there.

Mesha ,at the window is rather direct but not rude and she’s very good at her job, the food was hot and fresh and once she brought our food out she was very friendly

Went To The One On StateLine, Texas Side. The Service Is Outstanding, So Friendly And Courteous. Always Smiling And Treat You With A Smile And Gratitude.. Food Was Fresh And Hot, Made Exactly As Ordered. The Staff Is Amazing, Great Atmosphere, Hospitality. All Around An Awesome Visit. Very Well Ran Store. Very Clean Inside And Out. Will Definitely Be Back. I Went Wednesday Evening And My Order Was Completely Wrong, The Cashier Was Confused And There We're 3 Employees Trying To Figure Out My Order, No Thank You, I'm Sorry Nothing. Need To Train Employees Better, Especially At The Drive Thru, Plus The Screen Was Out.

I’m a truck driver delivering to tractor supply. Came in around 1130 and the lady said Lobby’s closed. I asked for an exception and the whole staff agreed. I can’t thank them enough for their generosity. I’m going on hometime in a week so my trucks bare I haven’t been grocery shopping in a little bit. Really made my night how nice and friendly they all were

I found the staff super friendly and hard at work. Dine in area was spotless. Really enjoyed the self checkout. Glade tk finally starting to upgrade. The bathroom smelled and looked freshly cleaned. The food came out right and quick.

By far, this was the best taco bell experience I have had! We went for breakfast on a road trip and at the time there was only one person working. Normally this would lead to a bad experience, but this was not the case. The worker was extremely friendly, both on the speaker and the window. We asked if their dining room was open so we could use the restroom since we were on a road trip. She said that it wasn't open, but we could come in to use the restroom which was super kind.

When the food came out, it was honestly the best Taco Bell I've had. I know the cinnamon delights are good, but these were next level. If I'm passing through Texarkana and am looking for a bite to eat, I am going to this Taco Bell!

Drive thru was quick. Service was fast and friendly. I got exactly what I ordered.

Always love taco bell. This particular one has really expanded their menu to get away from the whole "truck stop" taco bell and more of a regular restaurant. Love it (love it more if you stayed open till 3 tho 😆🥴)

We are weekly visitor of Taco Bell in Dallas Area since April 2022. Our experience consistently remained poor with content, quality and taste. We assumed that Taco Bell prices have gone up and content and quality has declined.

Until we visited Taco Bell on I 40 in Texarkana.

Awesome food and Curtis service. If you are on I40 and need good satisfying meal this welcoming place is to go.

Very good experience maybe one of the best at Taco Bell! I travel all over the country and the last one i went to in Tennessee was awful. Crew standing outside smoking near door and didnt pay much attention to me. This one is a 180! Friendly staff and especially this one girl with red hair made sure i was taken care of and had hot food and even brought the food to me and had a smile the entire time! She needs a raise and spoken highly to the DM for this area! 😁 Definitely a future store manager if not one already. Glad to put this review in.

Very good Taco Bell always hits the spot

I have to say, these guys are AMAZING!!! Came through after going out with friends. I heard the laughter and fun while they were working. This is awesome to me. The girls at the window were smiling and everyone was super nice. The food was great but for me, it’s always good, even when it’s cold 😂.

I was very pleased and my order was missed up too. I had told the cashier that on one order please don't add tomatoes or lettuce on it at all. The girl got a little upset when I ask for no tomatoes or lettuce. And it was on both order. My husband call and talk to the manager and she said she would replace it for us.

My burrito was wrapped properly to taste everything inside equally. It's been a long time since that happened. Food was very hot and did the trick to satisfy my hunger.

Staff was patient when I needed to change my order and courteous with my items considering COVID.

I was passing through on a trip, but I will consider going back the next time I take that trip.

Everyone and everything there is fine, but is it necessary to have people enter their own orders on to a touch screen? Can't I just interact with the staff? If you have less overhead for less staff, will your food prices go down?
