I had given this store of one star review due to the ineptitude of the store manager. I just happened to go back in today and found a new manager, and a manager in training.

Briefly told both Heather (Manager) and Holley (Manager in training) how the old MALE manager refused to exchange an air compressor that had quit working, it was around 30 days post purchase.

They did their job and researched the information that I provided them. I need to stress, Holley did not just make an attempt to make a "customer happy".

Holley (manager in training) advise me to bring the compressor back for an exchange.

Seems to me that corporations nowadays, upper management, CEOs should be of the female gender. For some reason when I try to exchange it the first time with the male manager, his ego got in the way of following policy. Who knows, maybe it effected his bonus.

Either way, I needed to pass the Callaway Tractor Supply, Holley and Heather are A+ and deserves your business.

Found exactly what I i was looking for, plus more. Prices reasonable, product quality-VERY good. Staff helpful and pleasant. Will definitely shop there again.

They won me over with the absolutely adorable baby chickens! I buy all chicken related must have here! Only problem for me here was the cashier, Karen! Clearly she's not a big fan of great customer service but Shannon who is another cashier was extremely helpful and polite as cab be! I only deal with her now for everything I may need! She's a hard worker and has great customer service skills as a mother of kids, dog and 10 chickens it's nice knowing ur stop in here will be enjoyable and helpful.
