I found this place by mistake because it used to be a dry cleaner. I went to have some alterations done on my suits, but I found out that they did not have that type of service, and they gave a couple business that I could go to. While I was there, I looked around and noticed how clean the location was and how reasonable the prices of the machines were. I love coming to this place because it is so nice and quiet, very clean and the employees are so nice.

Jess answered all my many questions patiently & politely while she processed my comforter & shams to prepare for the dry cleaning process. My interaction with her made me feel confident that I had chosen the right dry cleaner for my needs. Great job!

Pat is amazing! Took an item in for dry cleaning and possible alteration. Not only did she offered an alteration place, she made a suggestion that I now requires no alteration!

Erica was my first point of contact over the phone and she was so pleasant. When I went in to drop off my formal she was through and a delight to speak with. I could tell she enjoys making her customers happy. I also met Jennifer when I pickup my dress and found her to be just as helpful and a natural gem like Erica. I washed frequently at the location on the West End (PCB) and the it was always clean, decent prices, and friendly staff. I miss Mrs. Patricia since I now live in Panama City. She is the sweetest person and will help in any way possible. I haven't had the chance to use the location on 5th but plan on checking it out next time I wash. :)

Mrs. Pat goes above & beyond to make sure her guests feel welcomed. Not only is she extremely helpful with teaching you about how to use to machines & which machine is best for you. This woman deserves a raise. Y’all are extremely lucky to have her as an employee. Do everything you can to keep her. She is the only reason why we will return.

This Laundry Mat is the Absolute Best because of the people who work here, Mrs. Patricia educated me on how to use the machines and did it Graciously with patience she also kept me laughing and smiling this Company should make her the Owner I really rate her the 5 stars.

Total Laundry Services has a great variety of machines at reasonable prices. On top of a friendly staff, this location also features a vending machine and. mini arcade machines.

Had to find a last minute dry cleaner and not only was Jessica super friendly and helpful, but the store was nice and clean as well. Definitely recommend.

I had to use the laundry mat as my washer broke at home. I hadn’t been to a laundry mat in years (very different) the lady who was there was so very nice, she explained how to use the machines and which ones did the bigger loads etc. she was very helpful and didn’t make me feel dumb about the whole thing😊
