Very hesitant on trying after seeing the mixed reviews. But, I'm so glad we stopped! Ok - the Mac & cheese was fabulous!! Yes made with spaghetti noodles, but who cares-it was fabulous, definitely have their own spin on it. The breakfast options are limited, but also very delicious. The fried chicken is to die for. Cute little Cafe, very friendly staff. Will definitely return and recommend

They were very gracious and accommodating to our dietary restrictions, they made us a delicious dairy free omelette, and added extra veggies to it for us, and their service was impeccable, the atmosphere was great, our coffee was delicious. We went to two other breakfast spots before this that claimed to be allergy friendly, and they were of no help at all, we will definitely be back!!

This past weekend my husband and I visited The Local Cafe on 23rd Street by Home Depot. What a fantastic restaurant! I had the meatloaf and my husband had the bbq special. All of the sides were fresh and piping hot and delicious! The mac and cheese was unusual, but a welcome and tasty rendition. Everything was so good, but the standout for me was the spinach casserole, I could have eaten a gallon of it!

The staff and owner were super friendly and you can really tell that everyone there cares so much about the diner's experience!

Awesome cozy Breakfast Lunch Spot! Came in on a Rainy and Sunday and was so peaceful! Waiter made sure we never rand out of anything , helped me order something a specific way I wanted it. Then food came out super fast and looked amazing! Now I’m stuffed. Can’t wait to come back on a Wednesday for Fried Chicken and my kids to eat free! Awesome hidden Gem!

It was so good. We had breakfast as well as the fried chicken! Everyone was happy with their food! Party of 7 and not a bad wait time on food at all! We sat outside and still got great service! Will definitely be back

Excellent service , our server was shanna very pleasant & attentive . This little gem sits in the corner parking lot of the Home Depot on East 23rd st in Panama City . I had breakfast & the hubby had lunch .. I just love that they serve breakfast ALL DAY ❤ the gravy is extremely creamy & delicious 😋 I would definitely recommend it to all the locals & maybe even a tourist or 2 😉 We have tried many things here now all fantastic 👍

We stopped in for breakfast because we kept hearing great things about it. It did not disappoint. Those biscuits, yall!!! Nearly every inside table was taken. It took a bit to get our food, but it was worth the wait. We look forward to going back for lunch soon. Our meals with one coffee and one water cane to just under $20.

Great hidden gem. The breakfast was wonderful...especially the bacon. My husband got the full meal breakfast with eggs, bacon, toast and potatoes and I got the biscuits and gravy with a side of bacon. It was all good and the waitress was fantastic! Definitely a good place to go!

Good home cooking. Menu varies daily. Owner was behind the counter. Very clean and the service was good. I'm definitely adding this little place to my favorites list.
Coconut Macadamia Lemon Cheesecake was fantastic (~$8). One of the best cheesecakes I've ever had... Meal with drink and desert plus a $5 tip was about 30 bucks.

What a great atmosphere, friendly family oriented. I had a typical breakfast. It was eggs, bacon and pancakes 2-2-2. I added the home fries and boy was that worth every dollar (very budget friendly). My husband had the Chad's special. He was very satisfied.
Bathrooms were clean and my husband was impressed by the mirror in the bathroom.
It's the details of this place that make you feel welcome.

Great food, service and atmosphere. Had breakfast and everything was delicious. Hit the spot and a great price for everything. Will be returning soon. Nice to finally find a place that makes you feel at home.

Had such a nice Sunday lunch here! Loved the outdoor sidewalk seating, presentation of food on larger well designed plates, detailed prompting from the server on a variety of options relevant to the daily special, and the owner was so genuinely personable when he stopped by the table to see how we were doing. I felt like he really wanted to know when he asked and wanted honest feedback. Our group had nothing but positive things to share! Highly recommend one of their baked goods to go as well.

Are food guru Nick told us about this place and I'm so glad he did this is some good old southern cooking. Everything we had was wonderful. And are waitress was a sweet heart. We will be back for more.

Another of the Best restaurants in PCB Florida! Great food! Bacon is a real slice of bacon not the paper thin you get else where. The sweets are calling me. We will be back.

This place is just what Panama City needed. The food is so good. Like what your Mom would make. The service is great as well. The owner is usually there and makes sure your food is good. We love this place ❤. The only thing, it needs to be bigger. It still worth the wait if there is no place to sit.

Great prices, Great Portions, Great Service. Fast, Friendly. Seating area inside is a tad small but maybe overtime they will expand. Will definitely visit again.

I came here for breakfast after church because we have been talking about going for a while. I’ll just get to the point..
It was so good that I would come here for my birthday- as my birthday meal and I’m basing this off of my breakfast- which was the best breakfast I have had.
I had the 2/2/2 with a biscuit - the biscuit was better than Tudors - and I LOVE Tudors. My pancakes were amazing and I switched the bacon in my breakfast for my husband’s grits
