Popeyes is known for having legendary chicken and this location always delivers! Friendly service is a plus!

Super-hot and very fresh. Service was above and beyond very fast. Drinks where cold and refreshing and perfect with a drink holder and all. fries were also fresh and hot and very well worth it.

Went through the drive thru to order a 12 pc spicy chicken meal. I asked to substitute anything for the " Thighs" I don't like thighs and neither does the other person I was picking up for. She had a condescending attitude as soon as I asked. I explained I come alot and generally order...it's either a 5 pc or 4 pc and ALWAYS ask for sub. Granted your " policy" for larger meals might vary.???? But she could have explained that, instead spouting" I been here 10 years and we NEVER do that. Well, I don't take being talked down to.... especially from what I can logically assume is a morbidly obese black sweat hog with an attitude.This took place at approximately 11:45 today...June 27th 2024

First time I ordered delivery from Popeyes, the food was freshly cooked and hot, I don't know if it was sourced out for delivery or in store delivery but excellent job thank you

This place was great. They had an order for 78 wings at one time. They took it inscribe. Everyone waited calmy. They gave free drinks. Laughed with us. Food was great too. Will be back for sure

I was picking up 2 door dash orders and the employees and the night shift manager were so kind to me for being patient and waiting a few extra minutes. The kindness they offered and the free slushee the manager gave me, made me bad day good! Thank y’all for being so great and I will say, y’all were very clean and orderly on top of the positivity!🥳

Food is okay!! But most workers at the HWY 98 STORE in Panama city seem to be totally prejudice against whites!!! sorry!!! But I try to treat everyone with respect the color of your SKIN!!!! Should have nothing to do with it!! I believe that these employees need to be retrained!!! Or schooled on how to properly deal with customers!! Haters of diferant races shouldn't be working in fast food!! Of course this somewhat of an opinion!! But maybe will help down the road of life!!!!

Cleanliness of the store, great food with red beans and rice outstanding, and friendliness of staff will always result with a 5 star rating.

That spicy chicken sandwich is to die for and is like Crack. Every time we pass a Popeyes, we stop. This location is always great, the person that is at the drive thru window is always friendly and smiling.

It's Popeyes. I don't care if it's cold, dropped on the floor, wrong order.. it's still better than any of those other chicken places.
P.S. Canes is a close second .. but they don't have one anywhere close to me since I moved.

If I’m in the city around lunch time, which isn’t often, hard not to stop by Popeyes. Always fresh, hot, and delicious. Staff has always been nice, prompt, & courteous. My only place for fried chicken. Use to try others but found out, to me, there was no comparison.

I ordered food to take home and before I could get in the car a roach ran out of the box of food

Food was delish - service was fast - staff were very professional. Clean inside. Like everything else, a bit pricey, but was worth it!

Every time we come here the food is always hot and fresh. The staff is always really nice.

I had no idea what to expect when I first arrived at Popeyes it was wonderful the food is great the service is wonderful. The lobby is clean what more can you ask for from a fast food chicken place!
