Had a AC Freon hose fail in my RV engine compartment. I called and they had me come over and they dropped what they were doing to help us. Replaced the o-ring, recharged the AC, and replaced our battery which was dying a quick death. All within an hour and half.

Great guys and they definitely treat their customers right! We HIGHLY recommend them to everyone who might need their engines serviced.

Absolutely awesome these boys know what they are talking about and helped us in a pickle while on vacation. Found the only turbo actuator in 300 miles on a weekend and got us out on the road in the same day. Thank you guys for the hard work much appreciated. Will recommend custom diesel to all diesel owners I’m sure they are willing to help you like they did us. We called 40+ Places to come look at the rv and diagnose it and they would not even look at it till Monday and Wednesday. Custom diesel had us come to the shop at round 3pm and got us a part and we were out by 7:00pm

Great guys, took time to fit us in and get us back on the road on a Sat. Found a hard to get part and got it replaced quickly. Also found a loose belt and got it replaced saving us from more down time. Highly recommend !

My husband had a water leak in his freightliner and they didn't have the part the did a patch for free till they could get the part and he could cone back when his run was thru so he didn't miss any work. Thanks guys your the best!!

Great time detailing

As I pulled into my rv spot for a couple days in Hot Springs, Ak., my rv stop engine light came on and the engine died. I contacted Colton, I was not aware at the time that he was 2 hours away. He came the next day and diagnosed the problem and said he would return the next day to repair it. The next day he returned and repaired the engine. The problem was one that I have spent over$5000.00 trying to get it repaired. I want to thank Colton for his help and expertise. I recommend him to one and all. The only problem he has is he does not understand the importance of keeping his word in reference to time. Good young man.

This is a difficult review to write. I am posting the bill that I received for a tuneup on a Ford 450 v10 gas engine on my motorhome. I did not get an estimate in advance, which is partly my fault, but I was also never offered one. The tuneup included spark plugs, oil, oil filter and air filter. I also asked that they put 4 screws to mount a fresh water pump (not on the engine; for the coach). The water pump was already installed (water and electricity along with testing) so they just needed to place 4 screws into a wall to mount it. For this amount of service I was charged $2300. That seems to be light years beyond a reasonable price for a tuneup. The owner, Colton, explained that there is a chart for mechanics to use that has expected times listed for certain jobs and that following this chart was a fair practice. I was charged for 10 hours of labor even though it actually took about half that time. At a rate of $150 per hour, that really adds up. Colton also claims that if they got the job done in one hour, they would still gladly charge $1500 in labor if this chart says the job should take 10 hours.
As I voiced my great displeasure with my bill, Colton did make a small offer to compensate me, but it was far short of bringing this bill to a fair price for this work. I also have no issue with the quality of the work. For these reasons, I give two stars instead of one. But I can’t in good faith recommend this business to anyone due to unethical billing practices. But judge for yourself. Look at the picture of the bill on this review site. Would you feel comfortable paying $2300 for an oil change, 10 spark plugs and an air filter? Are you happy to pay for hours that were never spent on your job, especially at $150 per hour?

After declining to perform a mobile repair estimate for me and fussing about his time being worth something (mind you I offered to pay upfront for the estimate) I made an appointment with Colton for 8am this morning for me to bring my 39ft travel trailer in for a repair estimate but he did not show. I guess Colton doesn’t respect anyone else’s time. Do yourselves a favor and find a repair shop with a little integrity.

Would highly NOT recommend this shop. They took advantage of my family while they were on the road and had vehicle issues. Gave me a quote and then charged 40% more without any notification until we went to get the truck. Still having issues with the truck and Colton won't answer or return our calls. Paid a premium and got taken advantage of.
